We have been using Altabra for approximately a years now and will not look anywhere else. He responds quickly. We don’t have to wait very long for him to come help us with either our Ac system or just recently with our water heater. We will not be using anyone else going forward. Altabra Air Conditioning came to our rescue during the first week of 95 F + days when our decade old AC stopped working. They diagnosed the issue quickly and installed a replacement unit the same day. We’ve used them once before in the past for a more minor issue and are glad we turned to them again. Over Labor Day weekend my lawn crew ran over my AC pipes and I lost all cooling. Albatra Air Conditioning tech saved the day he replaced the pipes, refilled the freon, put in a new breaker, and even fixed my AC fan that was running backwards. Fast, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Called Freeman the morning of to clean both my primary and secondary condensation drain line and he came 2 hours later. He also helped further trouble shoot my ac smell issues. I’ll be calling him again in the future if I have any issue with my unit again!

Freeman came to the house on short notice, even though he was quite busy. He was response to all of my questions and showed me how the components work. He was friendly and patient throughout the diagnosis process.

Incredible service and very fast response time. I called and these guys were able to get out very fast to check out what needed to be done. They came and found numerous problems the previous HVAC company created. They were able to correct and fix all of them very fast at a very reasonable price! They refuse to leave a job half done, very professional service with high quality work. I'll definitely call them in the future for more projects!!
