Altabra Air Conditioning is fast, reliable, and does an excellent job! My AC was acting up and Altabra responded to my text messages extremely fast, coming out to service my unit the next day early in the morning so I wouldn’t have to suffer in the heat all day. The best part about the service is that Altabra is HONEST about what’s going on with your system and doesn’t try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. I have used Altabra several times and it is always the same excellent customer service every time.

We used Altabra to replace our Hvac plenum box and also install a UV light. Overall i feel the price was reasonable. The crew removed and replaced the plenum they were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. There was back and forth communication the whole time. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. The Rosas family would definitely recommend to any family/friends needing any type of HVAC work!

Great experience with Altabra. I had installed my own mini split system for my small business, but I hadn't quite tightened the copper lineset connections enough. The unit worked fine for a few months, but eventually developed a slow freon leak at the threads. Altabra was able to quickly find the leak, refill the missing freon and test the system, rectifying my mistake. Great service, fast & friendly.

Freeman was great. Knows what he’s doing and works quickly. Very knowledgeable guy - actually took the time to show us what was broken rather than just fix and leave. Even hooked us up with a more modern thermostat! Highly recommend.

We were having trouble with our water heater, and Freeman was fantastic. He was extremely quick, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by searching multiple places to make sure we got the correct parts as fast as humanly possible. Thanks to him, our water heater was up and running again quickly. Highly recommend!

When every AC company promised to show up and never did, Aldabra came to our rescue. They came inspected our situation and the very next day they showed up with a full crew and got the job done in one day. Our unit suffered a theft attempt and was completely dismantled. All other AC companies insisted that we will need a new system, but Aldabra AC Company. Put back our system together and made sure that it was up and running better than before. They ran all new copper lines fixed our duct work to our specs and relocated our outdoor unit to a safer location so this would not happen again. I can not be more thankful and I highly recommend you give them a call before anyone else, so you are not wasting time without an AC this summer. I would give them 10 Stars since 5 is not enough.

The technician was professional, explained clearly what was wrong with my system, and had the unit up and running the same day, similar to what many other customers describe in their reviews. Pricing was fair for the work done, and it felt like they truly cared about fixing the problem rather than upselling unnecessary services, which lines up with their reputation for honest and knowledgeable HVAC repair in Austin. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their quick response, quality work, and friendly service, and I will definitely use Altabra Air Conditioning again for any future AC issues.

Neem going to johnstone for over 25 yrs ot always annoyed me that they would sell tk the public. Its about time they starting only aelling to contractors the comments from the do it yourselfers are making me laugh

I really miss some of the old workers that used to work here a few years ago. Here at the store very rude. Just a bunch of middle-age man who angry at the world.
