climate masters heating & air conditioning did a great job fixing my heater. my thermostat stopped working, and since i have a dual fuel system, it needed a special kind of thermostat. my old company wasn't able to help, but these guys knew just what to do. evan and jay came out, installed the right thermostat, and made sure everything was working right. after a couple weeks, the new thermostat had a small problem, but they came back quickly, replaced it, tested the heater, and didn't charge me anything extra. sometimes things break, even when they're new, but i really appreciate how they stand by their work and make sure customers are taken care of. both workers were very polite and professional.
