Called them at 3:21 PM today. Elton was at my house by 5:15 and had my heating, which ABC apparently screwed up when they "fixed" my AC, fixed in less than hour. Nice guy, very good at what he does and for a really reasonable rate. Will absolutely use RedHome for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks Elton and Anna! Edit: second time having Elton out today, just as good as the first experience!

I can’t recommend Elton enough! After our AC failed during the brutal heat, we were left scrambling to find someone to help. Elton showed up within two hours of a last minute request and managed to solve a problem that two other companies couldn’t solve. Our AC was back up and running. He’s super knowledgeable, super professional and so, so kind. This is the only company I will call from now.

This was our first experience with Redhome, and we had a great one. Elton was professional, very knowledgeable and knew just how to fix our issues. He got not one, but two units, up and running in no time. We now have a cool house again and a great resource in Elton!

We had a great experience with Redhome from beginning to end. Called on a Saturday night at 9pm and Elton was here right on time at 9am on Sunday (and it was Fathers Day). He diagnosed the problem on our AC unit and control panel, explained in detail and helped us way beyond what most people would do. We appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. BOOK THIS COMPANY! This is a family owned and operated business that runs off of integrity, quality and timely repairs. Elton was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain all the different options we had for repair. His work was flawless and the pricing was more than fair. There were no hidden agendas or added charges and the quality of his work spoke for itself. Anna runs the logistics of the company and does an amazing job setting up and managing appointments. There are no large wait windows and the company even provides real-time tracking/updates for when the technician is going to arrive. I can't say enough good things about this experience. If there is anything going on with our HVAC systems in the future, this company will be our only call!
