Very trustworthy company! I had another company helping do maintenance on my unit and I met Lee through a networking group, and when my hvac went out on a Saturday and I called my regular guy, they told me they weren’t working this weekend and to call elsewhere. So I called Lee, he helped me out and got me up and going, since then I had him look over our units, and discovered there was a lot of other issues going on. I called Tyrone A/C and Heating on an emergency call during the ALWAYS hot Texas summer. He arrived promptly during weekend hours after five p.m. CT. The unit was leaking into my neighbor's apartment on the first floor. He was able to clear the drain line within twenty minutes. Tyrone was great, he came out on a Saturday to fix our AC after getting no help from anyone else. He fixed our unit and identified that the previous maintenance tech had put in the wrong coolant.

Super respectful and quick to respond. I had blown a fuse while installing a Nest thermostat. I knew what the problem was but could not locate the fuse. He was gracious enough to attempt to walk me through it over the phone, but I was looking at the wrong panel (found out after he came) and thought it as possible a blown transformer. He came and repaired it within a half hour, I probably got lucky he wasn’t out on another call, and quickly went located the problem fuse. Reasonable price for a simple mistake on my part.

Great response time and service! I had an home inspection and needed repairs done. Tyrone came out the next day assessed the report fixed the issues, took pictures, and provided invoice with repairs in order for me to close on my house.

I live in an apartment complex. The Tyrone Air Conditioning & Heating firm was commissioned to replace the central air conditioning unit that services my apartment. This assignment was not your roll-over do in one’s sleep kind of air conditioning replacement. The Trane unit they installed was located at ground level. I live on the top level of the building (no elevator.) The internal duct work that had to be removed and copper pipes that needed to be cut, soldered and reassembled, were located in the ceiling above the master bath. Space was, to say the least, extremely tight.

Tyrone and his partner worked non-stop from 10 am till 6:30 pm. The two never took a break, and never had a single complaint or negative word to offer. They got the job done and left the area spotless upon finishing the task at hand. The old unit and parts were removed for proper disposal upon completion. And above all else, Tyrone and his partner were a real pleasure with whom to work and exhibited outstanding attitudes. Tyrone AC and Heating is the kind of small entrepreneurial business that makes America great. Fantastic job, Gentlemen!

As a landlord, AC is one of my biggest expenses. Tyrone A/C & Heating was able to replace a damaged coil for me and obtain a manufacturer's 10-year warranty on parts and labor for a reasonable extra fee. He provided the best value of the four companies that I bid. He provided clear written terms in all of his bids.

Tyrone and his team also practiced safety during this time of Covid 19. My tenant found them easy to schedule and quite courteous. I will continue to call Tyrone when my other properties' ACs need service or replacement. I will also recommend him on Nextdoor and my neighborhood list serve.

These guys have been the most honest and punctual A/C repair service that I have used. I have had a few times where my A/C was out and I needed to get help ASAP because I have dogs that cannot handle the heat and Ty was able to come out within a couple of hours to help me out.

On top of the speedy assistance, they are very fair with prices, do a great job and are very friendly.

Also got to a new Nest system installed which has made my life a lot easier because I can check on my home temp from my phone when I’m away from my house and dogs. I think it took Ty 20 minutes to install.

If you live in TX, you’re going to need an AC guy at some point…. This is your guy.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air on one of the hottest days of the year when demand for A/C repair was likely at its highest. Tyrone was able to make it out quickly and got my A/C repaired. He explained everything and was courteous, professional, and efficient. I will use his services again and recommend him.

Tyrone has done a great job of servicing my home AC. I had my whole system replaced about 1 year ago and not only was he cheaper than other quotes, he was able to get the system replaced quickly. Being in Texas during the summer you will find AC is your friend!
