Jose and Michael were on time, professional and courteous when they came to my home to help me with my clogged AC drain line. They went above and beyond what another company did by identifying the source of the clog, where the drain line actually drained to and gave me excellent tips for preventing the occurrence of it clogging again. I highly recommend Atlas AC Repair for all your AC needs!

So impressed with this company! Our hvac and duct work was kind of a 30 yr old mess and we were tying to find the best solution for our budget and what we ultimately needed to get done. Talked with a couple companies and Atlas by far had the best and most thorough communication at every step of the game. Knowledgeable dispatch ladies, thorough site surveyor, Pete our estimator who followed up with multiple options and answered every question to get us the best set up for our home, all the way to our amazing installers, Israel and crew, who pulled one hell of a long day and the next to get us all back up and running. I had a bad experience with A-Plus AC, so I called Atlas AC for a second opinion. I initially spoke to Pete and explained the issues I had with A-Plus and the urgency. He got a technician onsite within about 2 hous of our conversation. Jorge was great to work with and was very thorough. Time was critical because temperatures were hitting 100 and the AC was completely down. The r-410b condenser I needed was no longer being manufactured so Jorge had to make a bunch of calls to locate a replacement unit and quickly pull a crew together to install it. The best part is they charged 45% less than the A-Plus quote. I highly reccomend Jorge and Atlas AC. Thumbs up to Pete as well.

I had such a great experience with Jorge today! He was punctual, super friendly and incredibly efficient. He kept me updated on what he was doing, and which part of the house he’d be in which I really appreciated. Having a stranger do work in your home can sometimes feeling intrusive, but his presence was comfortable - like an old friend helping out. Had Joe come by and give us a quote on a new A/C system. The quotes were better than competitors and he broke down everything in perfect detail. Would 10/10 recommend for any of your A/C needs

We hired Atlas in March 2023 to install a Carrier 2-Ton, 16-SEER Heat Pump AC and Heating System with condenser for over $6,300. The system included a 1-year labor warranty and a 10-year Carrier parts warranty.

In August 2025, the AC stopped cooling. Atlas sent a technician who diagnosed the problem as a faulty TXV, quoting 6 hours of labor at $158.33 per hour. The part was covered under warranty, but labor was not. When he returned, he admitted internally to someone at the company that he had misdiagnosed the issue. He stayed only 2 hours but invoiced us for 6. The technician claimed the compressor was faulty, and the company then quoted $2,039 for replacement. Based on that claim, they refused to replace the required drier filter, leaving the system stranded, our home without AC during summer, and the warranty at risk.

The technician took the TXV under false pretenses, claiming it would be sent to Carrier for review, even though we requested to keep it. The TXV was never sent to Carrier. He also made many unprofessional and unethical comments about his previous job while at our home.

We paid two other licensed companies for second opinions. Both confirmed the compressor was fine. The actual issue was that Atlas failed to replace the drier filter when replacing the part, which is required to maintain Carrier’s warranty. Another company corrected it properly in 2 hours.

Because of Atlas' errors, we were without AC for 5 days, had to leave our home due to the heat, and incurred unnecessary diagnostic costs. The company has been unresponsive for over a week.

We have documentation from other licensed companies confirming the compressor was never the problem. Atlas misdiagnosed the issue, overcharged for labor, and left us without AC in the middle of summer. We will never use this company again and strongly recommend others avoid them.

The company installed a new Goodman AC for my house 3 years ago. Over the three years, it already has had two major repairs, one is Condenser Defrost Board and the other one is leaking evapor coil, and costed me over $2000. I am very disappointed at the quality of the product and installation.

We found Atlas after watching their informative videos on Youtube. They post their prices on their website—which was extremely helpful. Their office staff was easy to reach and provided excellent customer service. Frank and Rey were the technicians who installed the new ac and heater. They notified us when they were on their way even providing a picture of Frank in the notice. They were on time and got right to work. Their workmanship was really sharp. They knew the code standards and worked to set everything up neat and clean. They worked hard, were courteous, clearly explained the new system, and even swept the floor of my garage and vacuumed the hallway inside. We had great experience with my last Carrier AC unit (19 years of completely trouble free, perfect functionality.) We are excited to have this new more efficient system in our home. Atlas did exactly what they said they would do and did it for a fair price with great service. What more could you ask for?

Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. I had Atlas AC come to the house and investigate it, for free because it was still under warranty. The tech Jose was very informative, informing me that the shaking is unavoidable and why it occurs. He checked the balance of the unit and the fan to ensure they were up to standards. Then, he went above and beyond by setting the thermostat to automatically turn off the air pump when the temperature outside is below 30°f, and instead use the furnace, giving me piece of mind.
