The Totally Cool team is truly exceptional. From Mark who provided our estimate, to the technicians that performed the repairs, and their incredible office manager, Shelley - I can not speak highly enough about all of them. For as long as I am living in the area, I will contact this team for all my ac/heating repairs. I highly recommend them for ductwork, insulation, and energy efficiency needs. Great people, fair pricing, and outstanding workmanship.

Totally Cool installed a mini-split for my garage and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They offered a very reasonable bid, communicated clearly, and did great work on the install. 10/10 would use again for my next A/C needs.

Anthony and the crew at Totally Cool are the best! When we had to replace a major part of our HVAC unit, Anthony took time to carefully explain our options and what the problem was. Later, we had a different problem, and again, he explained in detail what was not functioning and what his crew could do to fix it. The team are highly competent and charge very reasonable rates. They are our go-to HVAC service.

We knew our AC was on its last leg and wanted to handle it before summer. Looking into rebates, I discovered that we could finance at 0% for TEN YEARS if we did a few more home performance improvements. Totally Cool was one of Austin Energy's approved contractors and they made the whole process smooth as butter. Really excellent communication, quick and responsive about questions, and went above and beyond to resolve a concern. Now we have a new system with better home performance and monthly payment under $90 with no interest. They earned their name and I highly recommend them.

My new go to HVAC company in Austin. Called in the morning and they were at my house by the afternoon. Anthony was very knowledgeable and gave me several tips for preventative maintenance to keep our HVAC running smoothly ourselves. No gimmicks or upselling. Did not solicit a 5-star review or try to get us to sign up for a monthly membership like some of the other big names will. Very honest and reasonable. Shelly on the phone was also incredibly kind. I’m very impressed and so happy to have found them. Thank you!

Totally Cool? Totally Reliable.

When my AC went out during the hottest week of the year, I called Totally Cool and spoke with Shelly, who kindly let me know they were booked solid until Friday—five days away. I asked if there was any kind of waitlist, fully expecting it to go nowhere. But to my surprise, Shelly called the very next day and got a team out to me on the hottest day of the week.

Raul and Austin showed up and got straight to work. No sales gimmicks, no scare tactics about my aging system, and no push to replace everything on the spot. They just diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got it running again—all without making me feel like I was being sold to.

I appreciate service like this: professional, straightforward, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

I rent my house, and have been in the same house for 12 years. The whole time I've lived here my landlord has used Totally Cool. My unit is very old, and needs some type of service every couple of years it seems. They are always able to send someone over faster than I expect. Every time, they are clean, courteous, professional, AND informative, always making sure I know how to operate a new thermostat, or to keep the drain line clear. Because I rent, I don't know how expensive it is, but since my landlord likes them, I expect he feels like it's a good value. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Totally Cool install a new heat pump system, replace ducting, and add insulation. We went through the Austin Energy Rebate program, and they coordinated everything for us. Pricing was fair even without the added rebates. While working on our house, the crew was courteous and communicated updates regularly. They made sure that we had A/C every night before leaving, and they took their time to get everything right. We highly recommend them!

I have to give a big thank you to everybody at Totally Cool from Shelly in the office all the way to Raul and his team! They replaced my old 1983 HVAC system and it was a job!! Honest, efficient, hardworking and dependable…… I really appreciate them all. They showed up on time and were very organized, very knowledgeable and left the work areas cleaner than when they got here! I give them two big thumbs up! My next door neighbor referred them to me and swears by them. I’m glad I listened to her!

Anthony and his team did a wonderful job refitting my houses hvac ductwork and insulation thru the Austin Energy HES Rebate program.
The house is noticeably better and we received a material rebate for it from Austin Energy.

I participated in Austin's HES energy savings program to upgrade my attic insulation, balance the air flow from my air ducts and weather strip my doors. I choose Totally Cool from the list of approved contractors and was very pleased with my decision. They walked me through the requirements of the program, provided concise estimates, and did excellent work that qualified me for the rebates. Jonathan did a detailed diagnosis of all issues with our AC unit and provided an estimate with clear breakdown of items. Atlas was quick to source the components and prompt in scheduling the repair within a couple of days. Jonathan and Jorge were nice and quick in getting the unit up and working again. I would recommend Atlas AC Repair to anyone in the Austin area.

Jorge was amazing. He came out and listen to me and educated me on my unit, and gave me some helpful tips to keep my home comfortable. He was thorough in his inspection of my home and took time to look at things from all possibilities. I received texts when he was on his way, and had direct access to him via text. I definitely recommend Jorge.

George Came to see me today because my AC wasn’t working. Called today came same day. He was very nice very professional and did a great job :-) these guys are all Great!

March 2024: We purchased a service plan with Atlas and are glad we did! Jorge has come out multiple times, has been communicative, and addressed all my question.

March 2023: We had a great experience with David, David, and Juan Carlos doing an all-day install at our house. We replaced a coil in one unit and the whole AHU in another. Our attic layout is very challenging, so the team very carefully disassemble the whole system and put it back to replace the coil. They were communicative through the process and even asked for a broom to help sweep after a 9 hour day of working on the AC. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answers. We will be Atlas customer's forever because of that experience.

My AC went out on Sunday afternoon and Atlas sent Jorge out by 10 A.m. on Monday and he had the whole thing fixed and answered all my questions within a couple hours. Very grateful for the friendly and efficient help and happy to have AC!

The experience I had with Atlas A/C today was exceptional. Frank and Ray and the entire crew gave prompt notice of his ETA and was on time! They represented the company extremely well and was very professional throughout the entire time.I really appreciate the fact that they took their time, and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. The Atlas team installed, tested, and explained to me how the system works and I would highly recommend and in fact hope to continue to do business with Atlas in the future.
