Efficient and competent service for the installation of a new heat pump. Jose Ortiz and Blake Nolan were the installers. They were incredibly helpful, efficient and hard working and went the extra mile to resolve a problem with my Tesla battery system at the end of the installation. Thank you !

Very happy with installation of a complete Lennox Elite HVAC system. J. R. and Blake were very meticulous about performing a perfect installation. J. R., the team leader, explained in advance everything he would be doing. He kept us informed during the process including inviting us to observe at various progress steps. The team was very professional and courteous throughout the installation. The product has performed as we had hoped, resulting in a significant reduction of the amount of electricity we are now using compared to our original system. Incredibly efficient and quiet. This is the second year that I use this company. Both times I had a great experience. Young yet careful and thoughtful technicians. They haven't tried to sell me a new HVAC system as others have in the past. I will call them again.

Great company my husband and I have worked with them for about 9years. Same crew. They are knowledgeable fast and helpful. They get the job done well, efficiently, and are always a phone call away.

Even when they were slammed with work, they took the contract from our home warranty and came out at 5pm on Friday afternoon Memorial Day weekend to fix our ACs!! He stayed over two hours diagnosing and fixing our ACs and we've got a cool house today because of him! He was professional, knowledgeable, and spent the time to talk through the issues with us. I will be calling them again with any future AC problems!

Al was the best. Gold Eagle quoted $1500 for the work he did for $200. He's honest and hard working and HVAC Express is my new AC company. They sent a gentleman named Miles for some follow-up work and he was equally professional and thorough.

I have used this company to install and maintain my system since installation in 2019. They came recommended by my son and I have now recommended them to my daughter for her maintenance. They are always polite, on time and efficient. They explain every detail. Excellent.
Update 2024 - This company is consistently great to work with and their yearly maintenance contract is affordable providing 2 visits per year.
November 2025: Excellent, as always. Very polite & helpful technician this time, too. Today's service was included in the yearly maintenance contract I have. One visit before the summer heat & one visit before the winter cold. Worth it!
