Our technician, Carson, was courteous and professional. He arrived exactly on time.and was very knowledgeable; he quickly diagnosed our issue (much less expensive than I originally thought it might be). Overall it was a great experience (well, as great as having AC issues in a Texas summer can be).

Al and his team took care of me on a one day notice before a big winter storm and I am thankful and grateful for the work they did.

My AC was 25 years old and barely functioning, not really cooling at all. I was researching for months, even the past couple years, trying to find a company that would work with my finances. The big companies weren't flexible with their finance options. I came across The Chill Brothers about a week ago and decided to give it a try to see. They scheduled the appointment with Matt to do the consultation. He already knew of the situation so we just cut to the chase. He knew of a potential finance company, submitted the request and I was approved! After all the years of being turned down it was exciting! I was going to get a new AC. After the financing was secured, we got the install scheduled with HVAC Express Contracting. John, the manager, reached out and was very helpful letting me know when they would be showing up. The entire team went above and beyond to help ease my mind when it came to the system cooling the house. Even today when I reached out to John days later he was responsive and helpful! Thank you all for the great service and getting our house cool, just in time for summer!

Consistent and reliable service every time! This is by far the best HVAC company in Austin. I've lived here for 35 years and have never seen a company as responsive and thorough as this one. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Sloppy, negligent, incompetent installation, deceptive business practices
Unfortunately zero stars are not an option. Immediately, starting days later, repeated call backs were necessary.
As an out of state property owner HVAC Express in Austin, TX, aka The Cooling Brothers, was recommended by a friend who owns a lot of real estate in the area. Not in a million years did I expect a $8,000 HVAC (incl. $1,011extended warranty) to be so poorly installed that corrections of over $4000 were necessary to complete the duct and vent work and correct the improper installation. Worse yet, this likely also invalidates the 10 year independent extended warranty I took out at HVAC Express suggestion.I doubt they will honor the coverage in light of the poor installation and ongoing problems. I feel taken advantage of for being out of state.

Technician Nolan R. came out our property in Liberty Hill today to do our annual HVAC inspection. He was very proffesional, and explained to us every detail of his work. Nolan left us with a detailed checklist that he completed with every task that had completed, which I had never received from other technicians. Thanks again Nolan for taking such pride in what you do.

HVAC Express is the only company I would recommend. They are honest, dedicated, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The owner Al, his technicians skills and office staff’s helpfulness are exemplary

My technician was knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do during the service visit. He didn't rush the job, and gave me a summary of his findings and what, if anything, was an issue. There were no issues, but he didn't rush the process. I was extremely pleased with the service visit.

I was without AC for several weeks this summer. My inside unit was fried and because both units were old I needed to replace the entire system. I got estimates from 3 companies and HVAC express came in the lowest by far and offered the financing that the other companies could not. They were able to install the next day and the owner was there every step of the way. Even though the install process was a little shaky I spoke to the owner the next morning on a Saturday and he had someone out that day to fix the issues and my system has been running smooth and better than ever which has saved my energy costs. I can't thank them enough for what they were able to do for me!

The office personnel were friendly and helpful setting up my service call. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and super friendly. As it turns out my unit wasn’t showing any of the issues I had previously experienced so he said he’d check back with me that late afternoon and the next day to see if all was still working properly. He checked back both times! I was so impressed he remembered and kept his word. Definitely will use them for future work.

HVAC Express installed a new 3-ton AC unit at our house. We were very pleased with their work. The technicians that installed the unit (attic unit with gas furnance and outside condensing unit) were very knowledgeable, polite and kept things clean. The quality of their work was excellent! They made sure everything was working properly. They also made sure we knew how to setup and operate our new ecobee thermostat. We are very pleased with the new unit and highly recommend HVAC express.

I'm an HVAC contractor with Astronaut Cooling & Heating, I had a change out job today installing nice new GE Heat pump. During my initial inspection of the system found a minor but impactful manufacturer defect. Sara with Winsupply responded quickly, we had perfect unit delivered without delay. The customer is now cool and comfortable. Great customer service, will keep working with Winsupply and installing high quality GE HVAC equipment!
