Bummer, back from summer vacation and the AC goes out! As an engineer I immediately started calling several different companies in town to have them come out and see if it could be repaired. Learned quickly that the old unit most likely needed replacement and thus began getting quotes. After about 6 companies in with a large spread of pricing, I was informed that Freedom which I knew from the neighborhood as having installed solar had in the last couple months also started to provide HVAC services. My experience with them was superb! Not only were they ontime, great with pricing, and super customer oriented... Their technology (for tracking installers) was above all others. The installers were detailed oriented and happy with their job. I highly recommend you give Freedom Solar a try and let them demonstrate how HVAC service should be done.

The team that came to my home in the dead of summer to run a diagnostics on my units was professional, timely, efficient and did not try to upsell me. They were excellent, skilled and quickly cleaned and serviced all my units. We had our AC unit go down right as the heat cranked up this summer. We called Freedom HVAC and they had a technician out the next morning to look at the unit. Unfortunately for us, the whole unit needed replacing but Freedom walked us through all of our options. We scheduled the install and they had everything needed to do the job when they showed up and we were back up and running 36 hours later. No one likes those big home repairs but Freedom HVAC did a great job and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Under killer heat waves, system's are bound to experience output fluctuations. Freedom Solar Power quelled all worries in the most efficient manner, to where I'd be dismayed in not leaving a review.
With minimal reviews, I was a tad worried in scheduling a consultation. However, response times in fielding my call, scheduling a technician to arrive onsite (within 24 hours), and answering all questions confirmed this will be my go to company for any HVAC repairs and/or maintenance to come.
Highly recommend not breaking the bank and easing your mind by using Freedom!

We had an emergency A/C issue this summer. Guests were coming to stay at our house - It was July and our unit was not cooling. We called Freedom HVAC - A tech came within hours and identified the problem. He was able to get our system cooling - but warned us the unit was old and we would probably need to replace it soon.
We decided to get a new unit a few weeks later and we chose to use Freedom HVAC. All of the service people were excellent. They were able to schedule us quickly. Good communication and follow up after the new unit was installed. I highly recommend this company.

Terrific customer service and top notch attention to detail. Our air conditioner began leaking on a Saturday. I called several HVAC companies that told me they were able to come same day only to call back and tell me that I would have to wait another day because the technicians were tied up. Freedom Solar was able to save the day. They responded IMMEDIATELY to my call and came within the hour. Scheduling was seamless, and the scheduler stayed on top of things to ensure the technician followed through as planned. JR, the technician, was very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough inspection of the entire system, explaining everything in detail. Despite it being the end of the day, he spent a couple of hours on the job and even offered to clean the exterior unit at 8:30 PM. The level of dedication and customer service was outstanding. I would gladly continue doing business with such a trustworthy company and its people.
