HVAC is very effective responsive five star organization. Their workers skills are excellent. They treat the issues professionally and effectively.

This was about the worst professional HVAC repair service I've ever experienced. I scheduled an afternoon appointment with a technician, they showed up at 8am in the morning while I was at work- later that night they showed up without any heads up or apologies.

They spent about 5 minutes looking at the unit, over a week later I've heard nothing back and had to call a real HVAC service since.

These guys will leave you hanging and the Texas heat is no joke. If you're look for someone reliable; this is not the place

Al was very helpful with the leaking issues. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good before he left. He was also very friendly and communicated all he was doing and why the issue occurs. I have been a customer with HVAC since 2013 with my first property and still use them after I have moved to another house. They are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and always get the job done and done right.

I’d like to personally give a shout out to Antoine and Nathan for showing up ASAP when I had a situation happened during a roofing build. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you guys. Five stars from me!

Al was fantastic to work with ! He went above and beyond to help us get our HVAC system replaced. His service was top notch . His crew that did the install was professional and polite and they cleaned everything up nice and hauled.all.the old parts away. I would recommend this company to anyone ! Top Notch!

The HVAC Express tech came out the next day to check the heating issue. The tech was very thorough at explaining what was going on & repaired it quickly, problem solved. Highly recommended!

The maintenance man for HVAC Express was very polite and informative as to what he was there to do and would verify that the system had been thoroughly inspected and then wrote down any suggested items or procedures that may need to be looked at in the future. I am confident that this company has quality personnel that I can trust.

The guys at HVAC Express have been amazing! They did a full home multi story HVAC install for me recently. We had a city inspector who wanted additional steps taken that aren’t the norm. The guys from HVAC Express came out next day and handled everything. So glad we chose them!

Been loving my experiences with HVAC consulting so far. Fair prices, friendly techs, they even comped my first tune up when I said I just bought my house and was broke. I’d have to say they’re earning my loyalty!

We had HVAC express come out as part of our in house warranty contractor. The worker they sent out was very unprofessional; told my current guest that this was a very easy fix and that he knows exactly what the issue is and what is needed but because we are going through warranty, this will take a very long time, implying that we did not want to get the AC fixed promptly.

He then proceeded to take awhile to send over his diagnosis. The laughable part is that he stated in the diagnosis that he was unable to fix the issue and goes on to decline the job.

We are very disappointed with the service provided because we initially had high hopes based on the glowing reviews.

Nathan did fine getting us cooler, but I still have the same problem with not being able to pull the temp down below 76 degrees. Nathan and I have talked about the possibility of doing a trade out to a larger unit. I currently have a 4 ton, and perhaps stepping up to a 4.5 or 5 ton unit will solve my problem. Nathan says my attic unit would be compatible with the larger condenser unit outside. I thought someone would be in touch but I have heard anything.
Nathan also said that since there was obviously a leak in the condenser unit, someone would be in touch regarding swapping condensers OR making a repair to the coolant line.
I will call tomorrow to see where we go next.

Quick and thorough. Nathan narrowed down the issue after methodical troubleshooting and got us back up and running quickly.

Amazing job and very efficient. Diagnosed the issues and were open about the fixes they would make and the ones you could wait on. Great company to use!

Office was easy to communicate with. Got me scheduled very quickly. Tech showed up on time, was friendly and nicely explained everything he was going to do. Cleaned up after himself.

Update - owner spent 30mins on the phone on a Saturday helping my electrician troubleshoot a problem and was able to send a tech out within an hour.

Cannot say enough good things!!!

THE BEST EVER!!!! We had been having issues with our heating system for years and had been told by another HVAC company that our units would need to be replaced. HVAC Express was recommended to us and they came out the same day I called! Not only that, but they did some troubleshooting and let us know that the units did not need to be replaced! They got our units working again just in time for the freeze coming this evening. We are so grateful for the professionalism, compassion and expertise shown by Al, Carson and the whole team at HVAC Express!
