Super happy with my experience with Platinum Air - the technicians were on time, kind, honest, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They are definitely my go-to for HVAC from now on!

Jeff and his group reduced my AC bill from $700 a month to $400 a month in the heat of the summer. I never touched the system or changed the settings. The service call was made because the air was blowing to hard. These guys were easy to work with and extremely reliable. I ended up using them for an install in my rental property with great results. They need to be your first call with AC issues. Thanks Jeff and team.

platinum air (Jeff ) was hired to install our complete a/c system for over $50,000 dollars and it does not work correct and they will not come fix the issues. It’s 100 today and the coolest my house will get is 81 degrees

They do great work. I trust them to do the job correctly which is what I value most. Communication & scheduling could be improved a bit but otherwise I would definitely use them again.

Platinum Air has come out twice the day we’ve had an issue and repaired both AC and Heater on the spot. They are honest and appreciate their care of our house and systems. Will be the only AC service company we use from here on out.

Platinum Air's team and Jeff Jenkins, the owner were on time, professional and took care of the issues the first time. I have used Jeff's team to install and perform maintenance on my systems and homes I have built for over 7 years. I highly recommend them.

The Technicians are very knowledgeable and went beyond what I had experienced with AC companies in the past. They replaced my old unit and after installation, they went from room to room testing air flow. They adjusted air flow in each room to eliminate “hot spots”. Never had that happen before. Great experience with Platinum Air. Highly recommend them.

Liked the technician. I just couldn't justify the price for the repairs. Wanted to charge me full rate for drive time to go get part. I had previously sent them pictures of my unit specs and the part that needed replacement. Apparently, they don't bring any parts in their van and it says Carrier (my unit) right on the van.

Our A/C quit working on a weekend in August- the worst!
Called Platinum on Saturday evening and Ian responded immediately. He was able to arrive within an hour to diagnose our issue. He ordered the part and fit us in to his Monday schedule as soon as the part arrived and all was repaired early Monday afternoon.
Very professional, friendly service and would highly recommend. Being without A/C in Texas is no bueno, Platinum understands that, and makes sure your repairs are complete and you are back up and running in the most timely way possible!

Ian is a star. His knowledge, customer service and leadership on this project were incredible. This was the best house repair/ maintenance experience I think I’ve ever had - THANK YOU IAN and team.

These guys are the best

I had one of my AC units that was not cooling properly. I reached out to Platinum Air to figure out what was happening. They were fantastic on the phone, quick to get a tech out and see what they could find.

The Tech, Ian, was awesome. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to carefully explain what next steps need to be. They didn't have the right part at the time but he was able to get the unit to work better for the weekend and promised to be back Monday. Sure enough, Monday came along and he was there replacing the part. Would highly recommend and will be the only HVAC/AC folks I will ever use
