For several years now we have trusted our HVAC equipment to Eco Air. They are excellent at maintaining our systems and preventing issues that might occur in the future. Every person that I have dealt with has been pleasant and professional. Whenever there is an issue, it gets fixed.

I would highly recommend Eco Air Conditioning. Matt worked on my AC unit, and he was very punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate. They have helped me for years!

Eco Air is a great company. I have used them many times. The technician came today on time and inspected my heating system. He was efficient and even gave me a ‘heads up’ that I should get my dryer vent cleaned as he noticed some lent accumulation where that vented out my attic. I highly recommend them.

I've been with EcoAir for many years now. They always do a great job and the customer service is impeccable! Earlier this month there was a bit of a comedy of errors with a communication breakdown, and they more than made up for it!! (also, a shout out to my regularly assigned guy, Matthew -- he's great!)

Joe and his staff are great. Responsive and knowledgeable. Replaced my old a/c system with a Carrier heat-pump. The price was really godd and they installed the new system in under a day and it performs wonderfully. Very satisfied. Would recommend anyone contact Joe if you're replacing your HVAC system.

Our AC was on the fritz and we needed immediate assistance in the dead of Texas summer in August. I contacted other companies and dealt with major hassle divulging too much personal info only to be told it could take weeks to get service. Eco AC fit me in same day. Matthew showed up and was all business. He went straight to work running diagnostics and we were pleasantly surprised to learn our old AC was fixable and simply needed a tune up. Eco Air was great to work with! Serviced our unit a few months back and kindly (& correctly) suggested we consider replacing our unit as it was very old. We ended up pulling the trigger this week and they did a wonderful job. Very responsive and replaced the whole unit/added two vents for us in half a day - very much appreciated as it is summer in Texas. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Eco Air conditioning from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly knew their craft. They showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and completed the installation quickly with great attention to detail. The difference in air quality and temperature control was noticeable right away.

I have used Eco Air a couple of different times and they are always timely and show up when they say they are going to show up. They gave me a quote for the repair and it was fixed promptly. The tech communicated well and I had a great experience. I'll definitely be calling them back!!

I just had Eco Air Conditioning fix my heating system and was really disappointed with them. After paying for a diagnostic visit, I was told they would reach out with an estimate and could come fix the system the following day. I didn't hear back for 4 days so I had to reach out to them and found out that they had ordered the part without ever sending the estimate. Then another few days passed of me calling and leaving voicemails, but I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone and didn't get a return call until mid-Friday (an ice storm was coming Saturday). The quote was overpriced, but I had no time to shop around if I wanted a working system for the storm. The only positive was that they were able to fix my system. Overall, I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism/communication so won't be using them again.
