Here’s who you want to hire!
I needed a new air conditioner, so I did my research to find the top five HVAC installers within a 10-mile radius of my home in Buda, Texas. These folks came in at number two in an extended search using multiple platforms. The number one’s price was higher than Eco Air Conditioning and Heating’s, so of course I chose ECO. But that wasn’t the only reason—the owner (Matt) was so thorough in explaining the process and addressing my main concerns without taking advantage of them. Instead of adding thousands of dollars to the job like others did, the owner of this wonderful company said the issues I had shouldn’t be a problem. He suggested we could add on the other items (which the others had marked up dramatically) after installing—if needed— after the installation.

Matt, was so correct about this that it prompted me to write this review—simply because he was so honest in his approach and absolutely right. The issues I was concerned with were resolved with just the standard air conditioner replacement and didn’t need all the extra add-ons. Matt had someone at the house the same day to look things over, and this person was a wealth of information. They scheduled the job according to my needs and showed up at the home at the exact time stated. He gave me a half-hour scheduling window and ended up arriving with all the new equipment right on time.
They installed a two-stage Carrier 3-ton system with an amazing warranty, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of Eco.

If you live in the northern hemisphere you know it's unbelievably HOT right now. Our A/C unit was 18yrs old but functioning (with maintenance from Resilience)in June but by mid July it just couldn't take the humidity and nonstop 105+ degrees days. I had Resilience come a couple of times to get our unit working again when it would randomly cut off but they let us know it was on its last legs. Resilience was able to install a new A/C unit within 24hrs when the day came and I SO appreciate them. Responsive, kind, good pricing and quick. If you need any HVAC help, I highly recommend Yusuan and crew at Resilience.

This is the second time Yusuan has come out and he was just as responsive and professional as the first time. We had condensation leaking from our attic unit into the ceiling and he was able to come out promptly the next morning. Everything was fixed up quickly and he even redid our outlet configuration to move it further from the window/house. We’ll definitely continue using Resilience for our future HVAC needs!

Our main heating failed earlier this week. We are fortunate that the second system covers the Master Bed/Bath so consider ourselves more fortunate than many that were and continue to be impacted this week.

Made a few calls for help with most not available or long delays. Yusuan, owner/operator of Resilience called right back and tried to come out Tues and Thur (skipped Wed as we had no power) but not able due to our weather. Most important is that he was very proactive in his communication. Not once did I have to call him for updates as he let us know several times what was going on and what to plan for. Wow!

Yusuan and Rene came this morning, found and fixed the issue, and were very reasonably priced. Very professional and two of the nicest folks you could meet.

June 26, 2023 Update:
Had our cooling go out in the Master Bed/Bath. Called Yusuan on Sunday and he was already calling me back when I was leaving a message. We scheduled an 11:00 time on Monday. 8:30 Monday, Yusuan calls and asks if he can come earlier - heck yes! Was just the starter capacitor which he had and we were back up and running in no time and a fair price. These folks are great!

September 14, 2023 Update:
Yusuan and his guys have kept our old system running for several years, but it was time to replace. He quoted us a very fair price, did the install in two days (2 units plus an additional return for a room that was never comfortable). Even with our unseasonably warm weather, our house was cool while the work was being done. We should be ready for whatever Mother Nature deals us.

December 26, 2023 Update:
Woke up this morning and the bedroom thermostat was not working. Turned out that the breaker had flipped. I reset it 3 times, but still a problem. I sent a note to Yusuan and (of course!) an almost immediate response that Eddie would be over in about an hour. Turned out the bedroom unit had dual heat strips (not required) that pulled too much current, tripping the breaker. Probably the first time the system used them as our temps had dropped to the low 30’s. Eddie knew immediately what it was and got the system going in no time.

February 19 Update:
On Sunday (of course) I got an alert that there was a heat pump fault. The electric strips worked fine so not without heat on a cold day. I sent a note to Yusuan describing the problem and Eddy showed up bright and early Monday morning. Problem was a loose wire in the compressor, most likely from the factory. Eddy fixed it and made sure everything was running properly. As always, fast response and should be good to go.

Yusuan is very responsive, polite and gives you a great deal on services. After recently installing a new AC I was noticing a weird smell (from the air going from hot to cold and cold to hot) and he came over and cleaned it right away and the air is smelling fresh again. Also, his team is great about keeping your space clean - they always wear booties covering their shoes when walking in and out of your house. It's those extra details and helps him and his team stand apart. I've already recommended him to several family members for their AC issues.

Stellar experience through and through. You could search forever and never find a company as ethical and proficient and professional as Resilience Heating and Cooling. The owner (Yusuan Llauger) is an outstanding human being who does not know how to produce anything but the very best work product - and his crew is just the same (mentored as they have been by the best in this business). Yusuan is as picayune and meticulous as my husband and I are. Thus: we hit the jackpot in choosing this truly exemplary company. Look no further, folks. Resilience is THE BEST! Thanks Yusuan and Co!

Yusuan did a great job. He was on time and worked very efficiently. Also he was very respectful about being safe around me and my family during these times. That meant a lot. I highly recommend him and his work.

Yusuan and his team just replaced our entire aging HVAC system and we couldn't be happier! He walked us through our options and didn't pressure us to go one way or another - he simply educated us and let us decide. On installation day, the team was friendly, responsive, and made sure to keep everything clean as they worked. Professionals all around.

I would've recommended Resilience on that experience alone - but it gets even better. A few days after the installation, the AC wasn't cooling down the house. I emailed Yusuan at 7:00PM and he was at our house by 8:00. It was too dark to diagnose the root cause, but he determined that the unit itself was low on [the cold stuff]. He filled it up to get us through the night and said he would be back in the morning. They came by around 9am and determined the unit itself had an issue and the best course of action was to simply replace it. That evening they had a new unit installed and everything has been great!

We expected they'd do a great job when we hired them - but their customer service went above and beyond when we needed their help. Anyone willing to come by and help at 8PM deserves all the stars a review platform can handle.

Yusuan and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They are always on time, set clear expectations on the work being performed and also do the cleanest work I have ever seen - no corners cut, every thing triple checked, units sealed to perfection all the while protecting your floors and belongings throughout the process.
Simply put they are by far the most professional, fairly priced and best crew out there.

Oh, and I do mean the BEST. I've been in Austin for 18 and I've tried no less than 9 service companies(both large and small) during my time here. Resilience blows them all out of the water!

Best AC service I‘ve ever seen, the owner YuSuan is very responsible and has good manners, he helped us installed two coils and one UV light, when I have a small problem with the first coil, which we have used for a summer season, he exchanged the whole unit for us for free, I know it’s under warranty but he also changed our two vents which connect with this coil for free. I was so impressed with their high quality service and professional, also have fairly price, very happy. Highly recommend them.

Yusuan Llaguer perform the first PM services at our 2 church residences and he did an excellent job of inspecting the HVAC units and cleaning the coils of the outside units.
