Technician Samuel Marquez came out to provide maintenance service work. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Answered all my questions. He took an extra step of removing leaves from the AC unit. Great job!

Sammy did was quick and explained everything that he did. I needed an air filter replacement and I happened to have a spare and replaced it. He also cleaned my drain line. Great work.

I had an extremely positive experience with Stan’s! I had a list of repairs (water conditioner installation, HVAC inspection/maintenance, and electrical installation and repairs needed for a house I had recently moved into. For each category of work, a specialist was sent out. Each specialist was super knowledgeable, helpful, timely and communicative. I ran into zero surprises and ended up spending much less than what I was anticipating while also feeling like I took away a handful of knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to Stan’s for work down the road. Even the specialists were excited to be working for this business as they even said it feels like working at a “mom and pop” ran business which doesn’t seem to exist anymore, especially at the scale of Stan’s. Thank you!

Payton did a great job communicating what it would take to get our new EV charger installed, along with providing several options. He was very thorough and provided great service. Albert drove all the way to our old house, removed the EV charger and helped to get it installed in our new house. Overall, I was pleased with how the entire project went.

Naser is a great professional, kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done perfectly. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Stan’s and especially Naser!

To say I am pleased is an understatement!! His honesty and integrity saved me hundreds of dollars compared to an electrician from another place that hugely inflated the work necessary and used very hard sell techniques. In the future Stan’s will be my first call for any service they provide

Words cannot adequately describe how bad the plumbing department of this company is. I called them out to repair a simple tub faucet leak. They said I needed a new faucet. So I went bought a new faucet for them to install. It took three technicians, one supervisor, and over 30 hours of my time to finally finish what should have taken about three hours. Not only that, but a water leak in the foundation just happened to occur next to where the faucet was being installed. And so, I got another plumber to repair the foundation leak at a cost of $1400.Never, ever dealing with this company again. In my opinion, they owe me $1400.

Bryan from Stan’s came and inspected my very old water heater in almost less than 10-15 minutes. He quickly identified I had been using a 20 year old heater I inherited from previous owner, and it had a leak and poor gas line. That very same day he helped install a brand new water heater and water is working perfectly. All within 4-5 hours of arriving and he worked the whole time. Great service, great communication, and quick and efficient. 5/5 star service.

Stan’s is just amazing! I always have a great experience! Michael was very quick to diagnose and repair my heat which suddenly stopped working as we are about to experience below freezing temps. Same day service! Michael also went above and beyond to walk me through how he diagnosed the issue. I learned something new!

They charged me $1600+ to replace a shower drain and some associated piping. My regular plumber, unfortunately on vacation at the time, told me he would have charged $600. Wow! I recommend you NOT use their services. [Addenda: Weatherford Drive Austin TX 5/6/25] They did not reply. Here is a copy of the invoice. Notice the lack of itemization, the charge for standing on a stepladder and the charge for an assistant who did nothing but hold the drain down while it was attached.

They notified me ahead to tell me when they would be there and arrived in time, completed the work and took pictures for me. Troy explained clearly the need for the upgrade and code compliance. Work was done quickly and cost was quite reasonable. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I had the great pleasure of having Kenya, Rick, and Armando come fix our broken pipes (and other things!). First off, I called our usual plumbing company and they couldn’t get anyone to come same day, but I called Stan’s and they were able to get people out within a couple hours! We had two major leaks we didn’t know where they were coming from, but they investigated and found the source. They were out a couple days in a row, working late nights, really trying to fix our problem as soon as possible. As they were fixing our main issue, other issues came up, and they were more than eager to help us with those!! Kenya helped us get mold mitigation people out within the hour & the whole process went smoothly! They were efficient, knowledgeable, dedicated, and so nice!!! I would definitely have them come back & could not recommend them enough!

Rick and Will just fixed our issue and really did a great job with finding a solution to ensure we wouldn't have another pipe burst issue in the future. They didn't quit until they found a solution to the problem and really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to stay and fix the issue. Just great experience all around and really appreciated their workmanship and experience they brought!

Josh, my Master Plumber was fantastic and was trying to get things repaired quickly. The same cannot be said for the dig crew or the tradesmen plumbers. I had to have all of my cast iron drain pipes replaced due to corrosion and failure of the drain system.

The dig crew and tradesmen plumbers wasted about 2 days just screwing around and not doing things correctly. It was bad enough that the supervisor had to babysit the tradesmen plumbers to ensure they actually worked.

I was without the ability to use the toilet, showers, and sink for a total of 12 days, which was very difficult, especially for my elderly mother who lives with me.

I am still waiting on her the inspection, removal of old pipes, and 2 huge piles of dirt from my yard. One pile is against my siding and I am concerned that the weight might have damaged my siding. My yard where the dirt piles are is likely completely dead now and will require an additional expense to repair. I won’t use Stan’s again.

To be fair, the pipe replacement works fantastic but it was an exorbitant amount of money to repair-$68k.

Saul Jara recently came to our residence to do a carbon monoxide levels test that we had requested from Stan’s. He was professional and knowledgeable. He completed his job in a courteous manner and kept us informed of his progress. We couldn’t have had a better example of a conscientious and well trained tech. I always know when we call Stan’s we will have a good experience. Thanks again Saul!!

Elias Gil was awesome! He diagnosed my issue right away and was even able to fix it on the spot with a part from his van. I was expecting a high charge since I called at 5:30 pm about my leak issue. But he called back within an hour, and was at my house shortly after. Plus, it was such a reasonable price. Stan's has earned a lifetime customer. ✨️

I wouldn’t use this place at all. I scheduled a visit for an estimate and most places have decent time slots like 8 am to 12 pm or something. This place tells you 8am to 8pm!! So you have to wait around all day not knowing when someone will come or not. My wife waited at home all day and no one showed up. And then finally at like 6pm we got called and told that the techs are running behind and won’t make it. They wanted to reschedule. Pshhh yeah right. Horrible service. I’ll pass and take my business to someone who values customers time.

Sal was great! He got out super quick, was very helpful, and easily explained what was going on with our AC. He even went above and beyond to show me how to change the different AC filters all through the house. We had a great experience!!

We called Stan’s for an emergency HVAC issue. Stan’s promptly sent their technician, Jackson. He was very polite and patient in answering all of my questions while he performed the repairs. Thank you, Jackson!

Darren did great. He was prompt and thorough. He repaired our unit that has an issue and found a preventative repair as well that was needed. We are happy with Stan’s!

Fantastic service and follow-up. Eli and Armando did a plumbing maintenance inspection, identified some issues and promptly went to get parts to fix it. Stan’s is always reliable and responsive.
