Ray came the very next morning and found my compressor was bad. He was so quick and professional and fixed it on the spot. Which really saved me as it got up to 94 degrees inside!!!!!! Thanks So much!!!!! Totally recommend him.

My AC stopped during the evening and LAC&H had engineers onsite by 9am in the morning. This was my 2nd experience with this company and both times I would give them 10 stars! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

These guys are amazing!!! We had friends in from another state for the weekend and the upstairs AC, where their guest room is, went out. I called and a technician was there in about an hour!! Ray, is an amazing guy! Super knowledgeable and took care of the issue in under 30 minutes. We are so blessed to have these folks in our community!!

Jeff was very thorough and quickly found the wiring issue that kept the outside unit from running. He even found my old glasses that I left by the unit 7 months ago. TOO FUNNY!

AC went out Tuesday evening. Called Lakeway AC & Heating as soon as they opened on Wednesday morning and was told that the technician would be out later in the day. Fortunately, the weather cooperated, so it didn't get too warm in the house. Ray showed up around 1pm and quickly found the problem - a loose wire nut that disabled the thermostat. I enjoyed talking with him while he methodically troubleshot the issue. Since our system is now 18 years old, I asked for guidance on a replacement. He recommended considering a new system soon and gave some pricing for several options. We also discussed pros and cons of the options. Now I can budget the cost for a new system early next year. I called in the morning for a "winter inspection" for our electric heat pump. The technician arrived in less than 3 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain everything fully. I highly recommend this local, family owned business.

We had a wonderful experience with Lakeway Air Conditioning & Heating. Our technician, Joey, was polite, professional and an excellent communicator. He was able to get our AC up and running within an hour and clearly broke down the issues. Highly recommend!

Spring preventative maintenance on AC system, as always Joey was the best, very through, professional and appreciate how he goes step by step in his review of his checkup of our systems. He also offered to change out a filter for us anytime he is here that requires this 82 year old to get on an eight foot ladder to change.

Additionally, he recommended that I should investigate having my old “blown in” insulation removed and replaced - since it has deteriorated to dust and may be getting into my A/C unit - which confirms what I suspected! I am really impressed with this team. Jen was thoughtful and punctual in her communication with us. Ray was very honest and thorough in identifying our problem. Rather than try and upsell us on a full new AC and heater package (like the other competing companies did), he said only the AC needed replacement and saved us a lot of money. Plus, their price was very competitive. Lastly, he discovered an issue in our plenum that had been causing issues for years that nobody else had identified despite having several people investigate our problem. Overall, they were both very professional and kind all along the way. I’m glad to have finally found an AC company I can trust!

During my regular furnace check up my technician Ray noticed the igniter was showing significant signs of wear and would likely cause the need for a repair soon. I authorized him to go ahead. Got the part replaced and since I’m on the annual contract for checking my AC in the Spring and furnace in the Fall, I incurred no labor charge. Ray, and LAKEWAY AC are my HVAC company and have been for many years. I highly recommend them for great service and pricing and for honest assessments of the condition of my system.
