Lakeway AC & Heat has been the Best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are professional, honest, don’t try to “sell” me any services I don’t need. I had an issue and called one Sunday to leave a message and they answered my call and had someone out here first thing Monday morning. Joey is the most Professional, Pleasant and Thorough Technician I have experienced. They give me great service and Peace of mind!

Signed up for annual maintenance plan which includes 2 visits per year. Joey was right on time, was most efficient, courteous & professional.

Tech diagnosed AC would not come on due to a failed circuit breaker in electrical panel. Got an electrician from Simms to replace circuit breaker and AC now working again. Both companies grade A service rating.

Lakeway Air Conditioning and Heating is honest, reliable, and efficient. My AC broke down on a Friday night after I had surgery. It was incredibly uncomfortable trying to rest without air conditioning, but Dalton truly went above and beyond.
He responded after hours, tracked down a replacement motor on Saturday, and had everything fixed in no time. I’m extremely grateful for his dedication and excellent customer service.

They are an outstanding company that does a great job. They are very reliable, competitively priced and they stand by their work. The customer service from the first call to the office for scheduling to the technicians in the field is always fantastic.

I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in home maintenance- Responded quickly to come out and assess, gave me all the options to repair, and waited patiently while I weighed the options. Chris came out the following day and had me back in a cool house in less than an hour! Price was more than reasonable for repair needed. Do not hesitate to to call, they are fabulous to work with!

Our experience was top fabulous and Ray was absolutely professional and kind. He’s super honest and is a technician first before a sales person. I didn’t feel like I was being charged for something that didn’t need to be done. He came out when promised and our installation went smoothly. It’s hard to know who to call when you need your A/C repaired quickly and we will definitely be using them again in the future. From the technician to the front office, all were top notch!

I have used Lakeway AC for many years and have been happy with their service. Today Joey solved a problem of a floater switch not activating a unit shutdown when the pan filled up with water. (This unit was installed by a different company.) He was thorough with figuring out the problem of a wiring issue within the floater switch system. Well done!

Highly recommend! They came in very fairly priced for the Reme Halo and super professional. I’ve had so many HVAC companies tell me I need replacement parts and things like that and never show me any readings or true proof and these guys did so without asking. Joey was so professional and nice. They will be my go to going forward!
