Our 25 year AC needed replacing. We contacted 12 Austin AC companies, got bids and asked questions of all. I am also an engineer and have run a few businesses, not my first rodeo. Spent a few weeks learning and deciding.
Every once in a while you run across a company that is just nailing it. An owner that is engaged and responsive, focused on quality and customer service. An experienced crew that works in competent unison. Resilience Heating and Cooling is that company.
Their bid was not our lowest, but it did deliver the most value.
The work was impeccable, extra care was taken in the details, everything was code -- but quality show in the details. Yusuan and crew took the extra time to seal two leaky plenums, to rerun the drain lines, to update the gas piping, dedicated the time it takes to teach us the new controls, even the work area was cleaner than when they got here, and shoe covers were used when they were in the house.
The project happened at speed, we were cool by early afternoon. They respected our COVID distancing requests -- as we are protecting those we love -- thank you.
Bottom line, put Resilience on your list any time you need AC work.
You will not find better quality, value, and responsiveness. You gotta love an Austin business doing good. Keep it up guys!!

Update: after a few days, my Austin energy app is showing that our electrical consumption is at 60% of what it was prior to the install and we are more comfortable than we have been in years. This savings more than offsets costs of getting the right equipment -- thank you Resilience for the recommendation. Wish there was another star...

Team was prompt to answer my call & schedule visit. They were on time & diagnosed the problem quickly. Had all the equipment on the truck & fixed promptly. Price was exactly what he said it would be (2 $s under actually). Other things I love; great community via text about arrival time w/photo of tech for safety! Yusuan was awesome! He was able to make it out on the same day that we called, diagnose the problem & get the heat blowing before the big freeze this weekend.

Our AC broke down, I called Yuasuan and he sent someone same day! Great Company! They got to my house in a hurry and fixed my AC, technician was very polite and efficient he even had 2 portable units in case it couldn’t be fixed right away! Highly recommended

The crew was professional, thorough, and respectful of our home from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, installed cleanly, and works perfectly. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines great workmanship with genuine integrity, but Resilience absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

Yusuan Llauger, Rene Vazquez, Rene Remon from Resilience came to fix my AC unit. They did great. When I called on Friday they were ready to come over the next day, on a Saturday. They were effective, efficient, and polite. They gave me an estimate of time and took less time than expected. I was given a couple of discounts as well. And a couple of warranties. I really appreciate their hard work and care. Highly recommend.

This experience Was amazing. I woke up to my kitchen flooding at 6 AM. My daughter called Stan’s heating plumbing and electrical… They were out here within 1 1/2 hours And the gentleman that came out was absolutely the sweetest most respectful guy.. Not only did he remove all of the things underneath my cabinet while I was dealing with my dogs he wiped it all out and nicely, put it all back, repositioned the fans to let everything dry out and have everything cleaned up and done within an hour… Also, I would like to add it was less than $200❤️😎

Great job by Paul and his team. We had a leak that was very hard to find. Paul came in diagnosed where the leak was. He had access it through the ceiling and the back of the house. He and his crew fixed the leak, cleaned up and was extremely courteous and professional. Highly highly recommend Paul, and Stan’s plumbing.

Kenya took one look at the work of the previous plumbers, install it was prior to our discovery of Stan's. The one that was gushing water. And said. That don't look right. In less than 10 minutes she repiped the fittings and fixed the leak. It was probably closer to 8 minutes, now that I think of it. It was wonderful having a level headed Woman Plumber. Who discussed what was wrong, explained what we could do to fix it. Quoted a price, and didn't try to upsale me on stuff I didn't need. Then got to work on it. She's great and let me tell ya, everyone at work knew about her by 11am today. And I'm putting her on my Facebook. I've used Stan's, HVAC, electrical and now plumbing. They have all been straight shooters and have kept me from making some dumb decisions.

I needed recessed lights replaced and a new breaker. Jason Davis was the technician. He did a great job of explaining the issue before repair and did a great job on the repair. I have used Stan’s several times in the past and they have come through with good service and a reasonable price.

I have personally requested Mr Marco Lopez for my Fall & Spring checkups with Stan's Heating & AC for several years now. Mr Lopez is congenial and will explain in detail if items need repair. He is very respectful to the customer and I believe he is an expert in this field.

Darren was very helpful in inspecting our furnace and AC unit during our annual inspection. During his inspection he identified areas of concern and explained what could be done to correct them. I appreciate that he brought these to our attention and recommended possible solutions.

Had a mini split installed. Every step of the process was great. Everyone was very professional. They got to me quickly and were clean in the process. Great group of hard working people. Highly recommend.

Stans heating and Air did an amazing job rebalancing my new home. Bernie and his helper really helped a lot and explained a lot of the new components that I'm not used to with a new home. These guys definitely deserve a raise they are fast and efficient. Very informative and gave me information on what to do moving forward. Thank you guys again you guys are amazing
