Yusuan is a great Tech. He identified and solved our AC problems in minutes. Very fast service and a fair price. Definitely recommend Resilience HVAC, they were great.

Resilience originally installed our unit and have been back 3 times for routine maintenance. Today, Yusuan checked both units thoroughly - and even cleared a LOT of leaves around the outside unit. Each time Yusuan and/or his employees have been thorough, friendly, professional, and totally excellent - all at very reasonable prices. I recommend them highly. Choose them first!

I have used Resilience for many years on my primary home and rentals and have always had service and quality that is above and beyond. They have done everything from maintenance, repair, whole home unit replacement, rerunning and optimizing ducts, and added new whole home insulation to name a few items. Always very professional, constant communication, on time, and will get very creative to find their customers a solution that is both quality and cost effective without pushing anything unnecessary. They even figured out how to retool our current setup at our home when extra square footage was added using the current equipment and really thinking out the problem where other companies were selling a complete system replacement saving us a lot of money. The team remembers their customers and their systems to ensure they can deliver what you need. I continue to recommend them to anyone I meet and will continue to use them for years to come.

Eddie did a great job responding to one of our properties here in Austin. He coordinated his visit with the tenant. He was not satisfied with merely replacing a blown control fuse, but continued to investigate until he found the root cause. Then he helped us get the defective part replaced under manufacturer’s warranty. Finally, he cleaned up some unconventional wiring. Excellent service at a fair price!

Our condenser stopped working on a 100° day and the house was heating up fast.

Resilience responded within about 10 minutes and came over just a few hours later. Yusuan got everything running again in no time, and did a full service on both our units while he was here.

Super nice guy, friendly, efficient, used shoe covers when he entered the house and left everything clean and tidy.

I can't say enough good things about Resilience Heating and Cooling LLC. They've become my go-to company for all my HVAC needs, and for good reason. I've had them work on both my air conditioning and furnace on separate occasions, and each time, they've exceeded my expectations.

During the summer, when my AC decided to quit on me during a heatwave, Yusuan was there within hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a new my system up and running the very next day. I was amazed at how efficiently he worked and how thoroughly he explained everything to me.

Amazing, as always. This time, I had another tenant who was having trouble with the AC; I brought in another tech (it was a moment of weakness) and while I thought he did a good job, as the AC was working again, three weeks later, the tenant was once again w/o AC.

I called Yusuan to fix, and he was his always professional self I'v come to appreciate. He did a full diagnosis and explained what was going on, and now all is well for my tenant again. As painful as it is to have to call for repairs, at least I know I'm getting good work done.

As for my tenants, and a reminder to everyone else: REPLACE YOUR FILTERS REGULARLY. It makes a world of difference!

In the past, I’ve had my share of bad luck with HVAC companies…not since I found Resilience. I’ve worked with them for years for small repairs, maintenance calls and now a completely new system. I love my new Carrier two-stage system. And, Yusuan redesigned the ductwork. Replacing all the ductwork is a messy job, but the crew left everything in the house, the garage, outside the house and even the attic is great order. My house is perfectly comfortable and the subtle mustiness is gone. My air is fresh and clean again!

Yusuan came out and quickly and efficiently gave us a quote for a new air conditioning system, including the condenser outside as well as the air handler and furnace inside. He gave a good competitive quote that while not having many pages of details as some of the other quotes I received, it was totally complete in describing the units and services. A few days later, Yusuan and his crew showed up right on time and completed the work as planned and were very clean and efficient. Great job well done.!
