Cool Champs was the end of a long journey with my 20-year old HVAC. When it was clear that full replacement was the only option, I got estimates from 4 different well-reviewed shops. Justin guided me through options the others hadn't mentioned or didn't fully explain, and put together the best custom package at a very competitive price without trying to upsell me. While we waited through a supply delay, he made sure we were comfortable by performing complementary maintenance to buy us a few more weeks from the old unit. Extremely happy with every step of the process, all communication, and installation. They show how much they value customers and integrity in how they run each part of the business.

Shout out to Justin who got us up and running within hours when our AC went on the fritz in the summer (at the end of the day!). These guys are nothing short of professional, patient, and knowledgable in the field. Not only are they repair wizards, but they carry the best equipment in the area and truly know their product. When it's time to upgrade, I plan to work with them on a new system replacement. Cool Champs are the best HVAC techs I have encountered in central Texas.

My family and I came home after a long week to a burning hot upstairs. What a nightmare on a Friday night! I called multiple companies that had limited availability. We had accepted the fact that we would be sweating out the night. Then, Reagan from Cool Champs had just finished a job and called me back. He came over at 10:30 pm to fix my unit. 10:30! What company would do that?! He was professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. To top it off, he brought his doggo Atlas. I will never call any other company for AC repair.

In one of the busiest times of the year for AC services in Central Texas, Collin was able to come out and get us into top shape! He was super professional, knowledgeable, and timely. We woke up early this morning to no AC. Of course panic sets in. Deep breaths - do some research - find great reviews for Cool Champs and call them. Regan responded immediately and sent Colin to our house that morning. He found the issue quickly, fixed it, and we have AC again on this 100+ degree day. These folks are the best, the friendliest, and super honest.

I had just bought my house and another company came out and say everything under the sun was broken beyond repair and I had to replace my whole HVAC. Justin with Cool Champs came out the next day to take another look and quote what I thought was inevitable replacement. He was able to find the real problem and fix things quickly on the spot. His honesty and quality work has won a customer for life.

I called Cool Champs because a neighbor had recommended them in our Facebook group. From the time I called to the full fix it only took 2 hours. Colin was our technician, he was already off work and had to come in his personal car. You might think he would have a bad attitude about having to come out when he was supposed to be off already but he was more than happy to help us and was even sweet to our insane goldendoodles. He told me that our coils are dirty and told me how to clean them myself in order to save $20 from having him do it. I am very happy with my experience with Cool Champs and plan to recommend them to anyone who needs AC help and 100% will be using them anytime I need help as well.

These guys are fantastic! We worked with Justin and Regan on a full HVAC replacement in November 2024. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Install day was incredibly smooth and the system has been working great! They also really shine on the follow up - they've definitely created customers for life! 100% recommend!!

Recently, when my ac unit stopped cooling, the home owner called Cool Champs, and a tall gentleman named Regan came out to look at the unit. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When the homeowner green lit the ac unit replacement, Regan and another gentleman named Nelson came out on Saturday ( Bless their heart's) and didn't mind the two yappily dogs in the home. They worked hard and fast to replace the ancient unit, and now my room went from 80 plus degrees to a cool 72 degrees. I highly recommend these gentlemen!
