Peter Bribiesca, my Strand Brothers technician, came to my house this morning (on time!) He did routine inspections of my new HVAC system. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and answered all my questions in an easy-to-understand manner. The service from Strand Brothers, apart from the monthly charge, does not require any further expenditure on my part. Thanks, Peter!

Ivan, Octavio and Michael were so professional and fantastic. I knew exactly when they would arrive, they were respectful of the space and they explained everything to me as they did it which was really cool. I can highly recommend them!

I had a very good experience with strand brothers tech Raciel Castillo and Michael Chaney today. Raciel arrived first and did a thorough inspection on my hvac unit inside and out explaining everything to me. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Michael arrived a little later and between the two of them, I felt that I was getting expert advice. I'm looking forward to my hvac replacement feel I'm in good hands.

I use the Strand Brothers for their annual maintenance plan. They’ve come and checked out my HVAC this past winter and again this week to make sure everything is running properly. The guys who have come out have been incredibly nice and professional. Most recently it was Octavio, Ivan, and Hunter.

I'm extremely disappointed with my current experience of this company. I've worked with Strand Brothers for years and across multiple homes. I only just signed up to be a member and I feel like I've become the lowest priority. I had a UV light installed several months back due to mold (they will only call it bacterial growth) in the system and later had more mold at the registers, most notably in my children's bedrooms. I tried to go through home owners insurance but had to drop the claim as Strand informed me they would not work with the insurance company. I had questions about the issue and necessary work and it took weeks to get a response with another tech being sent to my home for an additional estimate because there were no pictures or proper measurements taken the first time. I've now been waiting an additional 3 weeks for a call back to get any work scheduled. I keep calling in and am being told the issue is being escalated and there's no other notes on my account so no one can help me. My family is exhibiting all of the classic exposure symptoms. My toddler's are having a difficult time breathing through the night. I feel like the only reason I haven't moved on to another company is because I was roped into this membership program that was supposed to provide me a better experience. If this issue isn't handed this week I'm moving on and demanding this membership be canceled.

Octavio & Ivan were outstanding and addressed our issue immediately. They came up with a long-term plan and will be servicing our unit from this point forward. I highly recommend them both and recommend Strand Brothers’ services to anyone needing excellent care of their AC units.

Jackson did a great job at my scheduled maintance visit as part of my membership. He called, was there on time, went through my options and explained them all to me. Really appreciate the fast and thorough service that makes me feel better about heading into summer.

Regan was able to identify and repair an issue that two other "professional" companies were not able to do. He is quick, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When we need repairs in the future, I will call him.

Regan is the man! Great quality work, fair cost, and all around amazing guy and team. I recommend them to everyone I know. Cannot say enough good things!

Regan is an absolute mensch who came with almost no notice to fix our mergency HVAC leak in time to save our baby shower event, gave us one heckuva deal, and taught me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. 10 out of 5 stars.

One word sums it up. Awesome! Cool Champs (Regan) diagnosed and solved our poor a/c performance we’ve been plagued with for 27 years. We’ve had several other so called pros work on it and got nothing but more “hot air.” The attic space was over 120 degrees (we measured it) in late August and he worked until he solved our issue! Our service provider, Regan, did a great job. A previous company had ignored an initial sign of trouble with our system, but Regan explained clearly what was happening and why, and then fixed the problem. I should also mention that he cheerfully came for an evening appointment and stayed to make sure the system was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

We could not have asked for a better person to come into a very scary moment with my HVAC, breaking down right before the heat wave. I am an elder and the market is not what it used to be. So, the thought of replacing my HVAC right now was definitely giving me anxiety! After having one "reputable" company come in and literally give me an $11k bid on changing out the whole system. I needed a second opinion and Reagan came in like a Superhero and saved the Day!! We didn't need to change the system, there was just a wiring issue, which he was able to repair in less than 48 hours and we were back in business!! Very weird because the issue apparently had been existent since the unit was installed, I had questions. But at the end of the day, Reagan made sure I was up and running and ready for this summer heat! I can't thank you enough Reagan! I will refer you every chance I get! 😎
