A guy came out and did a diagnostic on my AC. He said there was nothing wrong with our AC and that the coils were slightly dirty. I was charged $96 for a diagnostic just for him to tell me that my coils are slightly dirty. I called 2 other companies out and they both said the coils were fine but the motor needed to replaced. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

I won't put them on blast by name-dropping but they tried to tell me my whole system was broken and I should replace the whole thing for 13k. I called Alamo for a second opinion and my Tech Austin was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. My unit was fine and I just needed a fan replacement. Austin replaced it so fast and my heater worked again in under an hour. Can't recommend this company enough and they will be my go-to moving forward. Nice to see there are still honest places like this out there.
