Installed our system 5 years ago and have been maintaining it ever since. Prompt service calls always. Most recently Frank came by on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. Great work.

Desmond has amazing customer service, he explained everything that was wrong with it and fixed it right away. Seems like he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I give him a 5 star and I would definitely recommend him again. You got a good one!

Frank did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem of a bad senior, had the equipment on his truck, swapped it out, and reset the system - all within a half hour!

I have used Elite several times, and they have always been fantastic to work with. I arrived last night around 7 pm to find my air conditioner not working (of course, on the hottest day of the year). Immediately, I contacted Elite, left a message, and received a callback from a technician within five minutes. He was very apologetic that they were booked up all night, but stayed on the phone with me to try and diagnose the problem (who does that? - he was incredibly friendly). First thing this morning, we got a call from a very nice young lady informing me they can have someone at the house in 25 minutes.

Frank was here in less than 20 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problems and went about fixing them. There were a few complications as it's an older home, but Frank was able to diagnose and fix everything. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!

Asked Frank Barbera from Elite Heating and Air Conditioning to give second opinion on AC unit that wasn’t cooling. His estimate is much much more reasonable for my situation and I’m switching from another company to Elite for all future work!
Repairman was completed today by Frank and Glass. House is cooling again. Really appreciate their work to get this done. Also appreciate service manager, James, for finding the part and bringing me a cooling unit to keep cool until new part arrived.

Evan is the BEST! Last night, I had a real emergency. I have a rental property that has been on the market for a long time and I had a very last-minute showing for 9 o’clock this morning. I went to check out my property and it was 93°! My AC was totally out, it was Sunday night at 6 pm, and I called six companies before I found elite. Evan came within an hour and was able to fix it. It wasn’t even an easy fix. It was a very weird problem and he did it in a pitch black dark! By 1030 last night it was solved and I went there this morning 20 minutes before the realtor arrived and it was a cool 71°. Three cheers for Evan!!!! Also, So many companies have an after hours operator that never calls you back or calls you the next day, which is no help for an emergency service, but they literally called back within 10 minutes with a real technician. I will totally use elite again and again!

Frank was fantastic!! Right away he was trying to help solve the problem w the least amount of cost. He texted me first to cover all of the “easy” stuff to try and save me a service call charge!

It’s little things like this that earns my trust and I will definitely use them again if I need help.

Tyler rocks. He gets the job done and doesn't give up until he finds the problem. Positive attitude and always respectful. It's inspiring to see a young person going into this trade and taking it seriously. We need more people like him! Way to go Elite.

This company has come to the rescue for me so many times! From plumbing disasters to emergency AC fixes, they always respond quickly, are incredibly friendly, and get the job done right. Huge shoutout to Kayla & Martin on the plumbing side for being so kind and helpful, and to Kyle, one of the owners, who even lent us a portable AC unit while we waited for a backordered part. Their customer service goes above and beyond, always—I truly can’t recommend them enough for both plumbing & AC :)

Wil did an excellent job! Had an issue with our toilet and he addressed & fixed the issue swiftly + quickly. Very thorough & straightforward when it came to explaining issues & pricing. Highly recommend services if you are experiencing plumbing issues!

Frank Barbera came on a hot Saturday night to save us and my dog from having to spend the rest of the weekend in a hotel. I’ve always had great experiences with Elite from getting systems inspected when I was house shopping to regular maintenance for several years but today when I called the answering service and then Frank texted me 15 minutes later they exceeded all of my expectations. THANK YOU Frank and Elite!

I’ve used Elite for air conditioning repairs in the past and have always had a great experience. I didn’t realize they also offered plumbing services, so I called them this week to fix my grinder pump. Jay came by, did an excellent job, and had it working in no time. I’ll definitely keep using Elite for any future repairs.

Highly recommend. Very professional and fair when it comes to pricing and warranty on prior work. I’ve used a few different groups for plumbing and hvac. Elite is by far the best.

Had Martin and Eugene come to fix my toilet today. They were excellent.

I also had Will come to do a follow up repair under warranty for the previous toilet repair. Very professional and great to work with. They helped me out under warranty with no fuss.

Our air conditioner went out during one of those weeks in Texas where the temperature hovered around 100 degrees. When we called Elite, and they fit us in as an emergency service visit in their very busy schedule. Their service technician came out that day and diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with the unit quickly. He was professional, nice and very competent. I would highly recommend Elite for any of your HVAC or AC needs. We also signed up for the semi- annual maintenance plan. Frank came out and did a great job in getting the system ready for the winter.

Had Eric Nanez and one of the trainers come out same day due to a leak in our kitchen sink. They were both so professional and explained everything to me really clearly. Another great experience with Elite.

Wil and Daymond were absolutely wonderful! They came to One Smile Dental to repair a sink and did excellent job.
