My experience with them was really great! My air conditioning wasn’t working and I have two kids at home so I needed someone to check it out quickly, and they had Thomas to my house within a few hours of calling. Thomas himself was so kind and patient with all my questions and clearly explained what was happening and steps to fix it. And it worked! For me, trust is everything and after my experience, I know I can trust them to give me honest advice/service in the future. Never thought I would write a rave review for an AC firm but here we are. I have had an awesome experience with McCullough Heating and Air this week. From the original technician to the system advisor to the installers, they were prompt, communicative, and helpful. Richard and Arthur in particular were great to have for the installation. I've tried other HVAC vendors before, but this is who I'll be calling from here on out.

Makayla was wonderful, she really was thorough and timely. She called and provided a ton of photos without being asked. The turnaround was quick from estimate and job close out! Really can’t say enough good things, biggest bang for my buck in some time!

I would like to briefly share my experience for HVAC with Mccullough Heating & Air Conditioning. I had done lot of research about different system and it took me a while. But finally decided to go with this company. I would like to acknowledge the great service provided by Evan Young their Senior Project Manager who helped mpe from the start to finish of the project. Also, their installation team was great in installation providing a smooth experience.

Have called these folks now for work on our AC and our heater. Both went great. This most recent time, our technician Clayton was super helpful. He helped debug and replace our heater blower very quickly and was cheerful and willing to explain everything as he went through it. We got top level service and prices were very reasonable.

During the recent freeze, one of our units was making loud noises and Kyle came as soon as the roads in our unit or accessible. He assessed what caused the cause and remedy. We are grateful for McCullough‘s seasonal comfort program where they check our units and make sure we are prepared for each new season. Kyle typifies the level of expertise and reliability that we have enjoyed with McCullough

I recently had my AC fan replaced and had a great experience with Shawn May at McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning.

I had a few suspicions about what was causing the issue and initially thought I might need my evaporator coil cleaned, especially after another (different) company pointed me in the wrong direction.

Shawn took the time to walk through my concerns, clearly explain the diagnostics, and show why the fan motor was the actual problem. I appreciated how transparent he was about the pricing and repair options.

They were responsive, professional, and applied the initial diagnostic fee toward the repair, which I felt was solid customer service.

Overall, I was impressed with Shawn and the team at McCullough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future HVAC needs.

Highly recommend. Our technician, Makayla, is/was highly competent. She diagnosed and fully repaired an issue we were having with our coils within 3 days.

Do yourself a favor and call McCullough. We spent far too much time trying to fix the issue with another company. I wish we would have called McCullough sooner.

Jaiden was very helpful and knowledgeable. My home warranty company messed up my AC unit and he came out and quickly fixed the issue and gave some helpful advice. I will be using them moving forward for any AC issues.

Technician Jaiden called 30 minutes before arriving and did a fantastic, thorough job. He kept us updated about what he was seeing. We were extremely happy with the service McCullough and Jaiden provided.

Vlad, Is the most wonderful, Polite, thorough, and Conscientious technician I’ve ever had come to my home 😊. I’ve even requested him if needed for a second follow up and he’s happily worked me into his schedule, even if starting his day earlier or ending it a little later.

McCullough has a superstar working for them, one that I’m sure all customers love, trust, request by name and admire his work ethic along with his patient, horough explanation of the current status of equipment along with his very clear professional recommendations for any repair work needing to be done at my annual maintenance visits For AC and furnace.

This recent visit the maintenance had a second layer of a heating issue on one of the units Which was an unusual and uncommon one and Vlad Stayed As long as it took, all the while Calmly and clearly explaining his powers of deduction(Which I appreciated & Appreciated and admired, but really just nodding And trusting his power of deduction reporting to me And my husband over the phone… And by, gosh He stayed until his extensive process of elimination was exhausted and discovered the cars in the fix again with honest and trusted recommendations for the long-term once overall fix.

After the mild winter storm of 2026, Peter and Eric helped me out with diagnosing what went wrong with my HVAC system.

They were both able to come out quickly to help me and were very knowledgeable. Eric helped me made sure I put my new air filter correctly while Peter shared all about how my HVAC system works.

Peter succinctly explained what type of HVAC system I have, gave fun facts such as because my system was in an insulated attic, he knew my system was electric and not gas. While explaining the replacement process, Peter was friendly and did not push for me to buy a new system and explained all the pros and cons of each to help me make an informed decision.

I had a great experience with McCullough.

I had my HVAC blower go out and need a blower replacement. I searched and found McCullough as a preferred company through the carrier hvac site and got connected with Craig. Craig was very knowledgable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and in the end I ended up getting a maintenance plan with the company. Heat works great now! Thanks Craig

Had McCullough install a new unit in December. Initial techs were friendly, people recommended them McCullough provided great guidance on options. Overall we spent ~15k for the unit and install.
We haven't gone 30 days without a breakdown yet.
Each time it got qc'd, we were told everything was fixed.
So far issues have been :
- Badly installed drainage leading to water damage
- Debris in drain
- Refrigerant leak from install
- Blown electrical unit.
Every root cause was from something done incorrectly during install.

We have damaged and unrepaired siding from install, water damaged drywall and paint from the follow on issues.

Inspite of these repeated issues from install and failures, each call out for no AC has been treated as if we were calling for the first time and the only proactive communication was for ensuring the city code inspector passed it.

Evan was absolutely the best helping my older parents decide on an HVAC solution to fit their budget and needs. He showed genuine concern as he patiently explained the options, helped with the financing call, and followed-up as the install crew was working and after. Its hard to find sales people that can be trusted to be fully transparent, but Evan is a rare one. The whole crew worked quickly, were respectful of my parents time and space, and everyone at McCullough was so kind. Highly recommend.

JUST GO WITH MCCULLOUGH!! They were $2k+ less than Austin Air Conditioning and Radiant for a 2 ton 2-stage system. Evan is great, doesn't try to give you the hard sell. He provided a lot of information to make me feel good about my decision. Brian and Justin did the install and worked super hard all day to get it done. 2-stage system is awesome!! So much better than our previous 2.5 ton single stage Goodman. Very happy with McCullough and will recommend them to friends and family in the future

Craig had excellent customer service from start to finish! He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently, and my system is now running better than ever. I really appreciated the honesty and fair pricing—no upselling or surprises. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC service these days, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair

Frank Barbera was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Fixed our AC unit after others couldn’t fix it. Immediately diagnosed it and fixed it. Elite is lucky to have him!

Frank helped us get our HVAC back up and running quickly. He explained everything well and was super helpful. I will definitely use him again when I have any hearing and air issues.
