They were prompt to respond and to fix my issues. Communicated every step of the way and also made suggestions on things I could do to maintain my AC unit. Very friendly and made me feel at ease.

I had a small leak somewhere in my AC system that was causing it to freeze up occasionally. Called and had a technician come out to diagnose the issue, offer up a few options, and without any hassle move forward with the most cost effective approach to get the system running again. Awesome service and experience! Highly recommended

I had a whole new AC and Heating system installed by them and they informed me on my best options. It was in the middle of summer so their quick response made my life easier. The AC was leaking from the closet inside the house. The condensation drain was leaking because it did not have a cap. They installed the AC and are the only ones to ever work on it...I suspect sometime during another repair they forgot to replace the cap, or maybe never put one on during installation. Anyway they charged $320.00 for less than an hours work. On a previous occasion two months prior the outside fan motor went out. They were going to charge $800.00 plus for a new one. I asked if the part was under warranty because they had not mentioned that as a possibility. Lucky I did because the part was under warranty. Had I not mentioned it they would have charged the full $800.00.

Sonny came out for an AC tune-up and could not have been more courteous. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that was a plus. Glad I went with Austin Green Air when I had my unit replaced.

I hired this company to replace an interior hvac system in my of the apartments that I manage. The owner was very responsive and was able to get me taken care of the following day despite their schedule being already full. The price was very competitive and the work was done efficiently. The technician took the time to make sure the work area was left very clean for the tenant as well. I will use them again for any future needs at my property.

Casimir and his crew has taken care of us professionally in New Construction, whole house remodels and service calls (on our own home and for many clients). He is a magician! I'm reluctant to even share how great he is for fear he'll no longer have time for us.

Casimir knows everything about heating and air, and so does everyone he hires. His company is small enough to be reachable, just about any time. I have worked with them for years. Recommend 100%.

Booked an appointment with these guys 4 days in advance and they gave me a window from 1-4pm and didn’t show up until 6:30pm
They couldn’t pick up their phone or give any kind of eta. I know these guys are busy but as a contractor myself that is terrible communication and extremely unprofessional. Usually poor communication goes hand and hand with poor workmanship so most likely dodged a bullet.

Have used Green Air for home and office. They are courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. When things don't go as planned they make sure to communicate. Our shop units needed a bit more TLC this time around and was a bit complicated, but the tech. Sonny, was as professional as we could ask.

Small enough company to give you personalized attention and service. Enough horsepower to respond very fast to emergencies ( there are a lot of them in Austin pertaining to AC systems) . I never feel like I am being overcharged because a service call may spill over into weekend or late in the day: they just get the job done. I love using this company and depend on them.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, reasonably priced AC and heating company, you have found it! This is a small locally owned family business. As a small locally owned business myself, I am extremely picky about customer service, and value for my hard earned money. I also want to support my neighbors. This company hits all those marks, I use them both at my business and in my home. Do not hesitate. You won’t be sorry. ******UPDATE******* several days later there was additional work that needed to be done to service my business AC. Was I charged for this? No! No I was not. Honest, amazing family owned business. ❤️

Sonny came out and worked through multiple solutions with me to get my unit running in optimal condition. He talked through the WHY I was experiencing issues and helped explain ways for me to maintain the unit in the future. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Casimir is an absolute professional and honest businessman as evidenced by our recent experience with him. Our AC unit completely failed, he came out and met with us and was incredibly gracious with his time and patiently explained to us all the options available. We found him easy to understand and made us feel comfortable with our questions.

He offered us a temporary solution to one of our problems and performed the repair, however, the repair did not solve the problem and we were still without AC. Rather than invoice for the work he did in fact perform, he was gracious enough to waive his fee because his repair did not in fact solve the problem.

That is a super standup move in my book and one that you rarely see these days. I highly recommend Casimir and look forward to working with this company again the future.

Green Air is spot on with their hiring. We have had two service people, and both have been very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We always feel like we are charged fairly and guided on maintenance of our unit that we can do ourselves, which goes so far to build trust with the business. We never feel like we're getting talked into making a repair or purchase. Highly recommend!

Excellent service every time! I was blown away with how dirty and impacted our mini split system was (the water was black with chunks of gunk, eek!)!! Sonny was able to get it cleaned out like new and the air is fresh again! Thank you guys for taking pride in your work and helping us stay healthy and care for our a/c system. Highly recommend!!!

Please see the post that was just listed this year. When it came time for service and repair, I have been charged for a part that was under warranty. The manufacturer confirmed this. They waived the $85 service fee, but charged me $225 for the part. Secondly, I am very disappointed to learn there was unnecessary damage to my wall when installing the new AC. They moved an electrical outlet so they could use an oversized vent cover. The whole did not require a vent cover of this size and the outlet should not have been moved. I found this out when another company removed the register to look below my unit. They have made promises to get a new vent cover that fits the size of the whole, but have been unresponsive for 3 weeks. I can no longer consider this a company that treats you fairly.
In 100 degree heat, Austin's Green Air & Heating worked me into the next day schedule. The technician stayed until 7 PM to complete the job. They also service my daughter's unit. They are always fair.
