Jacob Martin was awesome at his job! We are satisfied with the service he provided on our clogged sink, he is a true professional. We had an appointment at 12pm but instead Radiant was able to come earlier at 8am. We will be reaching out to Radiant in the future! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Jeff Hicks swung by during the great freeze of 2026! We had a pipe burst under our mobile home and thanks to the Radiant Plumbing dispatch, we were able to get help from this professional gentleman. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also helped us identify other safety concerns regarding our water heater. My a/c unit suddenly stopped working during 103 degree heat last week, and Austin's Green Air & Heating SAVED the day!!! The owner able to schedule me in that day, replaced the capicator in record time, and reassured me that all would be well... and it was! I had an icy cold house by bedtime.

This is the first time I've ever written a google review and it's because I want people to know how hard it is to find a trustworthy HVAC company but you won't have a problem if you pick this company. I wasted a lot of time and money with Precision air when my AC went out. They came out once, said they fixed it, same problem came back 12 hours later, then they came back out to say I needed a new system and gave me a list of prices between 6k and 7K for a new one. I called Casimir for a second opinion (who came recommended by a general contractor friend) and he came out and fixed the problem for 85 bucks and it's still working great. The problem he found was completely different than Precision and it was the right one. Also, before I knew they could fix it I shopped around for new HVAC systems with 5 different companies and Austin's Green Air and Heating had the best prices so I would have used them for a new system as well. Also one thing to know is the owner does the work and he has a ton of experience. Most of the good technicians out there start their own companies and stop doing the actual work so it's hard to find a good person with experience at the bigger companies.

False advertising??? Their hours of availability, both on here and their actual website, say they're open 24/7 for emergency services. I called today to see if they had any available technicians since my a/c has stopped working during the middle of summer, which is considered an emergency in Texas, and the woman who picked up told me no one was available until the next day. I understand if appointments are all booked, but don't brag about being available 24/7 for service when you're not. That's just plain lying.

I have tried to book this company twice, once last year and now this year. Both times I get polite service from the office scheduler, a text confirmation (your tech is on the way) and then no one shows up. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.

A man named Casimir came to work on a custom job and he honestly is the most knowledgeable/ professional a.c. man I have ever had work on my a.c. units. He did a job most companies were scarred to do or didn't know how to. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend Austin Green Air for all my a.c. work. affordable/expert/honest.
