My air conditioner drain line kept getting clogged and overflowing onto the ceiling. I called Temperature Pros and they came out the next day as scheduled.

Dave diagnosed the issue and reconfigured the drain line with more slope and installed a shut off sensor to prevent damage to the system in the future. Very reasonable price and professional service. Highly recommended!

We purchased two Trane heat pumps from TemperaturePro in 2022. We've been very pleased with the units (which use less energy than our old system) and with the service and maintenance from TemperaturePro. They do a great job.

We were having issues and were in need of a new unit. Luckily Tony was able help out, his customer service and response time to get the job done exceeded our expectations! We are extremely happy with our new Carrier unit and so thankful we had someone so knowledgeable to help us out. Highly recommend Tony to get the job done!

Thanks for hanging up on me twice Ray. Trying to make a call to check on part availability of a freaking bracket for a licensed AC company. But these fools won't even give you the time of day. Horrible customer service. I can understand if I was trying to buy something with Freon in it but these guys won't even listen to you ask the question before they hang up on you. Go somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of working with Centry HVAC as one of my preferred vendors while in property management in San Marcos. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were always quick, highly communicative, and incredibly helpful. The team consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs, including making site visits regularly or when necessary.

Their reliability and dedication were truly impressive. I absolutely loved working with our reps, Garret and Matt, who were both exceptional in their roles. Henry was typically the tech that visited our site. He was always very nice and made sure everything was handled correctly - making recommendations to help us ensure preventative maintenance was being done correctly and extend the life of our systems. Also, our assigned delivery driver (I am so sorry I cannot recall his name) was the absolute best delivery drivers of all our vendors. He was thorough and made sure everything was there. He always made sure to connect with a member of our management team to get a signature - which I can't say happens with other vendors all the time. And if anything was missing - which was a rare occurrence
- he would figure it out before we checked and get it fixed immediately. Due to a family matter, I am sad to say that I had to relocate and won't be working with them anymore, but I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of AC assistance. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence make them a top choice in the area.

I had a great experience with Erik. He came out, gave me a clear quote, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was extremely professional, easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything. I’ll definitely be using him and Radiant again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

Preston was our tech today and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to service our hot water tanks and also fixed the problem with one of our tanks that wasn't heating up. The service today was covered under our warranty . So, I don't have a price to put with this service.
Preston was quick and efficient. I would say he is a great asset to Radiant Plumbing.

Manny, with Radiant was great. He came out on a Sunday to fix a leaky pipe. Showed up with a smile and was friendly. After looking at the issue, giving me options, he quickly & accurately completed the job. He cleaned up & explained the warranty. Not that I want plumbing issues, but if I have another, I’d want Manny on the job

Steve Albert senior technician is good. He is knowledgeable, and customer friendly! But he forgot to email me a copy of my invoice. The technicians, Juan Rojas and Mason Washington are the BEST! Worked fr 9-4pm without taking a break, never got or touched their cellphones, didn’t even see them sit down. They cleaned after themselves not leaving any trash and explained every detail on what was going on. These kind of workers are rare in these day and age, so hold on to them or compensate what’s good for them because they leave a nice reputation to customers. Making customers satisfied!

Brenden did a great job helping with our main line water leak! I called Radiant around 5pm letting them know I had found a leak in my main line and everything was fixed by 9:30pm! He was easy to work with, found the leak fast, communicated well throughout the process and kept me informed during each step.
