Mixed experience with TemperaturePro... Great experience with the office, but lackluster experience with the technician.

Office was accommodating, promptly addressing questions and return calls, scheduling a technician with little notice.

The A/C tech showed up very presumptive of what our issue was - Replacing our capacitor and ready to hit the door less than 10 minutes of arriving.

I raised several concerns, such as our expansion valve icing up. I asked the technician about low refrigerant. The technician dismisses my concerns, reassuring me he has 17 years of experience.

My A/C continues to have issues. I have another company look at our unit. The tech finds our refrigerant is ~6 pounds low and that we have a major leak in our system. This could have been easily addressed if the TemperaturePro tech took the time to listen to the customer and look at our refrigerant levels, rather than jump to his own conclusions.

Fantastic experience working with TemperaturePro. They were professional, responsive, timely, communicative, and I can't think of anything they could have done better. Tony was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely call this company again if we need anything. Highly recommend!

TemperaturePro was fabulous to work with when my AC was being sluggish and also for the check-up a few weeks later. They were able to squeeze me in and everyone I spoke with was professional, incredibly helpful and sweet. The servicer, David, was very professional and knowledgeable. He kindly took the time to explain the system situation and my service/cost options. I felt like he was taking my best interest into consideration and wasn't trying to upcharge me like most companies attempt - a rare fine! My AC is working great and I look forward to them doing a checkup on my furnace in the fall. 10/10 recommend.

TemperaturePro serviced my 3 home units for a couple of years and always showed up on time, were courteous, and did a professional job. When we found one issue related to a service call, some time after their last visit, even though we no longer had a contract with them they ordered the necessary parts and sent their service guy out to take care of it. They really stepped up in a professional way. Top marks for an ethical firm which stands behind their work and does the right thing when needed.

Ryan was my technician. Arrived on time. He presented as a very professional and experienced tech that explained everything well and fixed the system quickly at a fair price. I’ve had good experiences with Temperature Pro before but I will ask for Ryan by name in the future. Great job!

Experienced a serious issue with our AC at 8 a.m yesterday (June 24). Called TemperaturePro at 8 a.m. and their tech was at our home just after noon. He resolved our issue and performed the summer maintenance that was due and was gone by 3:30 p.m. There was one part needed that isn't essential to the AC running and they will be here to install it by noon today. First class service that I would recommend to anyone. I will maintain my service contract with them.

Needed a repair today on one of our A/C units and had a visit from Orlando. Could not be more satisfied. Orlando was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable, took care of the issue efficiently and then took the time to explain what he had done and what we could expect. Very much appreciated. We have been pleased with TemperaturePro for all of our A/C and heating needs and were very pleased with the service that Orlando provided today.

Temperature Pro was our third bid and became our first choice. Tony responded very quickly when I reached out. Someone came to assess our situation and I had an estimate by the next day. They were able to return in a week to replace one of our HVAC units. His team worked efficiently & professionally. Just in time for this severe heat wave! Tony returned to check over the work, to make sure all was well and that we were happy. Took his time - didn’t seem rushed. Great guy, very personable. Seems to enjoy people and his work. I highly recommend!

David was prompt and courteous, diagnosed our issue right away, fixed it and tested it thoroughly before leaving. We even got a senior discount! Excellent company and excellent tech. We’ve had David multiple times and always ask for him again!

Arturo was right on time. He is a polite and friendly man who knows what he is doing. He performed our yearly maintenance as well as diagnosed and repaired our AC problem in no time at all. I have to admit, it was also less costly than we expected. We are very happy with both Arturo and TemperaturePro. Man, it feels good to be cool again!

This was our 2nd time using Temperature Pros. Heidi was kind and got us scheduled the very next day. David texted when he was on the way and he showed up on-time. He was very nice and professional. He worked quickly and gave me a diagnosis within minutes. He went over the estimate with me and was able to complete the work in minutes. I signed up for their maintenance plan which saved me the $75 diagnostic fee and 15% discount on the repair. Highly recommend these guys!!!

From calling to book an appointment with Heidi to our promptly scheduled service from Stuart, this was a positive experience. Stuart diagnosed our problem quickly and offered us the most cost effective solution. He had the parts with him and took care of everything immediately. Stuart approaches repairs like a good doctor- he wants you to understand what is wrong so you can make the best decision. In terms I could understand, he explained what was going wrong with my air conditioner, what my options were for fixing it, and why our problem had been driving up our energy bills. This experience is typical of every experience we have with temperature pro west Austin. Very reasonable pricing and outstanding service. Top notch from start to finish.

Got everything replaced by temp pro almost a year ago. Everything is still cooling and efficient, they even give complimentary checkups. Ryan came for my first one and he was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even asked if it was okay to give me a tip to help keep everything running as good as new!
Will be recommending TemperaturePro to anyone who needs their services.

Ryan at Temperature Pro came out to replace a damper at my daughter’s condo. When he got there we were told it did not need to be replaced. It had been installed wrong and he corrected it. So thankful for his honesty. Temperature Pro has always treated me fairly and I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you, Ryan!

Watch out for hidden costs. They added an additional cost of $320 for an extended warranty that I didn’t want or need and wouldn’t refund the money. I bought a top of the line unit from them and would have appreciated kinder treatment. They are not to be trusted.

I was in bind when my AC stopped working. Temperature Pro set an appointment for the next afternoon. The next day they called to say they were available EARLY for my service appointment! David made a quick diagnosis and made two repairs in two hours. This is a professional and caring company. I can't recommend them enough.

We recently had one of our HVAC systems replaced and TemperaturePro Round Rock has been absolutely fantastic to work with. The lead technician, David Villalpando and his co-worker Sergio were very professional during the install and follow-up session. I’ve requested this team of pros several times now to come out to troubleshoot multiple units at a small business that I work for they’ve been really great to work with. Their customer service is on par with their technical expertise. Ryan, Arturo, and Heidi were all excellent communicators and their texting notification system is efficient and unobtrusive. We’ll see y’all next time!
