Hank's experience and knowledge is outstanding. Service includes annual PM check and further attention has been needed a couple of times over the years. Office and Bobby have gone out of their way, literally, postponing holiday weekend getaway to fix fan on AC unit that was not shutting off last month. Thanks for going the extra mile Bobby. Stay away! This guys are crooks. They came out to look at my A/C and told me that my entire unit needed to be replaced and it would cost me $4,800. I thought that sounded unreasonable since my A/C was only 4 years old so I started making some phone calls. I had Hill Country A/C Solutions come take a look, and come to find out, it was a simple Freon leak that could be repaired. This ended up costing fractions of what Hank's AC & Heating quoted. Hank's guy even tried to charge me a service fee and a $250 re-stocking fee. Hank's AC & Heating is the crook that gives all the good guys a bad name. I recommend Hill Country A/C Solutions if you're looking for honesty and a fair price.

Hank's did two A/C installs for me...one was the outside unit, and the second was the inside unit Heater and A/C Coil and all. This was 5 yrs ago (warranty?), now my Evap Coil is leaking and Hank's wants to charge me almost as much as the whole install on the second service above. I have requested to talk with Hank about this matter and I have not received any communication. I have called the office twice and the ladies that work there are very friendly and courteous. They have left messages for him to call me. Hanks Customer service though is terrible since he is not returning my calls.

Good company to work with. No nonsense sales with competitive pricing. Had an A/C unit quit on me and Hank's replaced it with new name brand unit for a good price. Work was completed in a day including clean up. Slight accidental sheet rock damage was repaired like new for no charge. I have used Hank's for past maintenance and repairs and now for a new unit. I highly recommend Hank's A/C.

7/13/18 had my AC unit replaced. Hank has done work for me before and does quality work at a good price. He sealed my unit after it developed a pinhole leak about 4 years ago and the freon was still fine, but the fan failed...he installed the coil and external unit the next morning. they were prompt and courteous and Hank stopped by today to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend Hank and his staff

Hank's technician came out for ac repairs on Memorial Day. The guy was so nice & polite. He was extremely thorough & very professional. He explained everything & he worked hard! Eventhough it was a holiday, he went to great lengths to provide fabulous service!! Thank you Mr. Hank for hiring the finest!!

We had Tyler and Joseph from Hank’s AC out and it was such a fantastic experience. After inconsistent service with a prior company I was on the hunt for a solid replacement company. My parents have used Hanks AC for years and have always said such great things, so figured he was the one to call. From beginning to end everyone was amazing and super kind and helpful. I called late afternoon on Wednesday and they got me right in for 8am Thursday. Tyler and Joseph were both very informative and extremely thorough. They pinpointed our problem and explained everything. Went ahead and had them clean and service our other 2 units and mini split while they were there. We signed up for their service package where they come out every 6 months and maintain the system to stay ahead of anymore catastrophes. We even decided to switch our Lake Travis property over onto a maintenance plan with Hanks! Awesome people, fair prices, fantastic service! Thanks y’all!!

We are very happy with the service that Strategic Air provided from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Jerry did our initial assessment of our old hvac system and provided us with a qoute as well as educated us on what we needed to know. We felt the company was fair in price and didn't feel pressure to purchase anything we didn't need. Scheduling and service was easy and fast. The team including Ricky as the lead were very respectful and efficient in our home to get everything installed in a timely manner. Over all we highly recommend this company.

Front to back these guys were great to work with from my initial call on Friday afternoon to a complete system installed by 2pm Sat… Ryan was great providing options and a very competitive price, and Ricky and Preston did a great job installing and showing me everything an owner should know about a new system… they exceeded my expectations… highly recommend!!

I had a follow on service call from the install and Trevor and Eric were patient and diagnosed things and got my outside unit stabilized, elevated and sitting flush and level… they also fixed the clogged drain pipe, cleaned up and Trevor educated me on routine maintenance and helped me understand the system… really good old school knowledgeable guys!

Ryan and Chad came out same day, got me up and running on an old system and went through all of my options for replacement. Tremendously helpful, would recommend them to anyone

Strategic Air Services is very good, they provide great service and their customer service is great and they charge very reasonable. In my case they provided free diagnosis and estimate and that too come down in 2-3 hours when I called and helped me from the hot weather, and their technician Adam is very good in diagnosis and very patient to explain the reasons and what needs to be done. Really appreciate Adam and Strategic Air Services, my go to company for any future.

Strategic Air Services installed our new HVAC system. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the installation of the system and on the first day the AC was not cooling the home properly. After contacting Strategic Air Services, they promptly sent two technicians, Jake Lippe and his partner, James. Jake and James were able to diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly. While the initial installation could have gone better, Jake and James made this a truly 5-star experience.

My technician Adam did a great job. Arrived before the scheduled time. Presented himself in a very professional and courteous manner. Did a very thorough inspection of my system and articulately explained his findings. I have been using Strategic Air over the past year and strongly recommend them for their AC/Heat System repair and system maintenance. Great job Adam. Thanks

Chad was absolutely fantastic! Got to our home within 1 hour of my phone call and was very easy to work with. He explained the issues very clearly and gave honest opinions about what was worth fixing and what was not. He was open about pricing and membership plans making decisioning on payment options easy. Will be using this company again!
