Greg and everyone at A+ have been great to work with. They rushed to get us a quote and install to try and get the end of the year tax credit. We are very happy with our new unit!

Winter service performed this visit. Technician showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. Our system is fairly new (3years old). The last company I dealt with had technicians that needed to make commissions or sales goals so they tried to “recommend” unnecessary services and components. Hopefully won’t have to deal with that kind of shady business with A Plus.

Super speedy and honest work! Really appreciate the transparency from the jump, with the first gentlemen I spoke with giving some advice on things to check to possibly avoid needing service. His tech Hunter was great and really knowledgeable. Great work all around!

Neal from A Plus Air Conditioning was great. He worked efficiently and took the time to walk me through everything he was testing and what the issue was. He quickly narrowed down the problem and even found a workaround to get my cooling back up and running in a short amount of time. Really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. We had been looking to find a locally owned AC company. The one we had been using for 8 years was sold to a big out of state corp and no longer felt we were getting the service and communication we once got. We started having trust issues some time ago but couldn’t wean until a recent visit from them to service our furnace for the winter. I knew the clock was ticking and time for a change. I immediately started my search. I read reviews about A Plus and checked out their website reading the “About Us”
Doing so was like old times…I could hear the sincerity in their written words.
The confidence, knowledge, spoken pledge of honor.. regarding ethics and integrity knocked it out of the ball park for us. I needed a second opinion regarding an issue I wasn’t sure existed and was beginning to lose faith in our long time previous AC company so I reached out to A Plus. They were my pick out of five. Just speaking to David was like a breath of fresh air. He heard the concern in my voice and carefully listened to my somewhat longwinded explanation. He then offered to send someone out the same day. I could not have been more pleased and my worries put at ease. Hunter, the technician arrived early and was professional, confident, reassuring and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining and making sure I understood all he had to offer. As it turned out my instincts about what the other AC company told me I needed was verified. He saved me from spending what was already an outrageous amount of money that I was quoted by the previous AC company for something that was perfectly normal and didn’t need attention. We are thrilled to finally have taken the leap of faith and have found our new locally owned AC company…A-Plus. Many thanks.

We had an outstanding experience with Neil and A-Plus servicing our HVAC system. We noticed an unusual noice coming from the furnace, and reached out to A-Plus. It was towards the end of the day when we called, but they were able to squeeze us in that day.

Neil came by exactly when he said he would, and was able to quickly diagnose and address the problem. The whole team was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the xperience. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Neal came over right away to diagnose my AC issues and put in more work and time than I expected, giving me a thorough analysis of the problem and solution options. The company's service has been quick and effective.
Update: Josh promptly arrived to discuss new HVAC options, and I had a much needed upgraded unit installed the following Monday. Very happy with the outcome!

The folks at A-Plus live up to their moniker, truly A+ work! The whole team was professional but down-to-earth, answered every question well, and practically held my hand through the whole process. We had a brand new high-efficiency HVAC system installed, replacing the original 28-year-old system. It was a lot of work, but all turned out excellent. Working with A-Plus was so great, it almost makes me wish I could get another HVAC system! Kudos to them, I highly recommend A-Plus!

Called Austral HVAC because they were listed as an LG Pro Dealer. My workshop LG Multi V s system with 4 indoor heads had started leaking condensate water down the inside wall. I was amazed that the technician, Carl, showed up the same day, determined that three condensate pumps were not functioning, and set up a way to drain the water into buckets so that I could continue to cool and use the shop while waiting for the parts. Carl was professional, courteous, and clearly explained the issues. A week later, Winder, the owner, and technician Jonathan returned with the parts. They replaced all the pumps, cleaned all the indoor units, and tested the system. After they left, the unit that had a functioning pump started leaking. I called and they came back in 10 minutes. They determined that the pump had failed. I had ordered an extra pump just in case. They put the new one in service, tested the unit out, and all was good. The pricing was very fair for both parts and labor. I highly recommend Austral HVAC.

Winard came over to investigate a moisture leak on a couple of our wall mounted mini splits. He determined that the plumbing in the wall just behind where the mini splits were mounted leading into the units was not insulated, as it should have been, thus allowing condensation to build up and run down the walls. I have seven of these mini splits in total installed in rental property. He was able to successfully insulate all seven in two trips and we have not seen any indication of continuing condensation since. He was very professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to have as a hired repair man. Thank you, Winard, for a job well done!
