Ryan, Christian, Danny and Chad did a great job answering questions, replacing an old system with a new one and repairing another all on the same day. Clean, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very much appreciated on a 100+ degree August day in Austin!

These guys did a replacement of two, twenty year old systems in just over 12 hours. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They communicated clearly and in a timely manner. I was able to do my normal days work while they were installing. And they even cleaned the floors after the installation! Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the entire process. The quote process was easy and Jake took the time to explain all my different options. We got scheduled for just a few days later, and Jesse and Chad were awesome with the install. Got it done in a day, and even though it was a big job that took them late into the evening, they took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and answer all of my questions. Can’t recommend them enough.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Strategic Air not once, but twice! About 18 months ago, they replaced one of our units. The entire process was seamless. Their team was professional, honest, and took the time to walk us through all of our options before moving forward with the new installation. The install itself was quick and done with great care.

Fast forward to this week when our second (older) unit stopped working. We braced ourselves for the cost of another replacement, but Strategic Air came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue quickly, and were able to repair it on the spot for a fraction of the cost of a new unit buying us a little more time with the old unit.

Jake was awesome, was able to show up same day within a few hours of my request for service. He was very quick in diagnosing the issue. He explained everything over the phone very clearly as I could not be there. It ended up being a quick and easy fix! I wish I called you guys first!

Was having a heating issue and within 40 minutes Chad came and fixed it. Very professional and knowledgeable - signed up for the maintenance plan to ease worries throughout the year.

We signed up for their Maintenance Plan / Preferred service and it is well worth it. They have provided quick response/service when our AC was not working, and they offer great ongoing maintenance program for Fall/Spring. The guys are great, always on time, and have had both a new system plus several services/repairs and always pleased with the results

Strategic Air Services was able to get someone out to look at our furnace the same day we asked, and on a holiday weekend. Adam quickly diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend and go with them again.
