These guys have saved the day on numerous occasions. Including this time around when our air conditioner stopped working mid summer. They responded right away, got us on the schedule as quick as they could, arrived on time, found the problem right away and fixed it all within a couple of minutes of arriving. We are back in action and so thankful for them once again!

We recently upgraded our attic to a semi-conditioned space, which involved removing all of the blown fiberglass insulation on the attic floor joists and replacing it with several inches of foam sprayed overhead under the metal roof. One critical requirement that needs to be addressed when you do this is to take steps to ensure that the humidity level in the house/attic remains below approximately 55% in order to prevent mold from forming, as it is likely that the previously installed single-speed A/C unit will be oversized and consequently not run often/long enough to remove enough moisture. I expected that we would need to completely replace both of our HVAC systems at considerable expense to address this (e.g., install HVAC systems with dual or variable speed A/C units), but Tim Hostetter at TemperaturePro of West Austin came up with a much better solution that only required replacing the heating subunits along with installing ecobee thermostats that can control the systems on the basis of humidity as well as temperature. His approach literally cut the equipment and installation costs in half, saving us thousands of dollars, and our house and attic are now more comfortable than they have ever been with significantly lower energy costs to boot (e.g., attic temperature is no more than 4-5 degrees different than our living space, which eliminates any risk of pipes freezing during winter). Needless to say, I found Tim to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, informative, and honest, and consequently he and TemperaturePro are now our go-to resource for all things HVAC going forward. Called to report an issue with my unit not cycling off. Not only did they show up within a few hours, they found problem, took pictures and sent me copy of issues. Problem solved within hours. Couldn’t be happier with AC repair and service offered. Great people!

Ryan came out to perform our winter system check. He was thorough, and helpful. I had several questions, and he patiently and expertly answered each one. First experience with TemperaturePros was a service call for diagnostics on a frozen Evap Coil. RyanH was friendly, professional, on-time, and provided excellent service! Heidi in the office was easy to work with! Darin provided an estimate within 24 hours and returned calls for questions within 15 minutes. Repairs are waiting on parts arrival (will update review later.) But based on initial customer service, would recommend them for sure!

The service technician, Marvin, was great and very professional! He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He informed me of my repair statue every step of the way.

I switched to Temperature Pro two months ago after using Radiant Plumbing and HVAC for years. I am kicking myself for not having made the switch sooner. Rather than constantly upselling expensive, holistic system replacements (as Radiant did), every TP technician understands that I simply need HVAC issues fixed quickly and inexpensively--full system replacements should be rare. Scheduling service appointments with Temperature Pro is easy and Heidi on the scheduling team always communicates clearly about timing. Technicians Ryan and Marvin have both done excellent work. They're friendly, work quickly, and are professional. Temperature Pro is fantastic and I will happily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Tim and his team were very helpful with an issue I had concerning my air conditioner and furnace. During a recent visit to make some revisions to my installation I had several questions about why the revisions were needed. My questions were very technical and Tims knowledge of the City of Austin building codes was very helpful. I am an engineer myself and I appreciated all of the detail he provided for each of my questions. It is really difficult to find an HVAC technician these days that isn't trying to upsell you on equipment you do not need. Tim was clear about what was needed and his team was very tidy about making the revisions. I had used another HVAC group for years, but they had gotten very aggressive recently about selling me a new unit. Tim and his team at Temperature Pro are my new choice for maintenance on my HVAC unit. Thanks!

We'd had 2 other HVAC firms come out and look at our problem. Neither performed any actual work. One of them texted me after the appointment and recommended we buy a whole new Trane system from him. That was his suggestion, that we should scrap a 4 year-old, high-end Bosch IDS Heat Pump system, lol. The other company's dude ghosted us. Boo.

Tim of TemperaturePro showed up and went to work. Like a hound on a hare, he was relentless in his pursuit of the solution. I didn't even think this level of commitment to customer satisfaction existed any more. He followed up; he has incredible knowledge, and was wiling to really dig into to hard problems. And he was always pleasant and affable, to boot.

Great experience. Despite having a full day of appointments (that time of year) Tim squeezed me in at the end of the day before the long hot weekend. After a quick, accurate diagnosis he fixed the problem and then took the extra time -though the work day was over- to walk me through and show me how to do the maintenance I should have been doing to minimize future problems. Tim came out the same day I called to diagnose my AC unit. He was meticulous in his very thorough exam.
in summertime for the last 15 years my AC just didn’t feel like it was running optimally. I have had numerous other professionals come out to check in and they suggested running new ductwork or adding more vents in returns. I even spent thousands of dollars upgrading my insulation in the attic. Nothing has seemed to work. Tim spent two hours cleaning My 💍 outside and inside unit and using his Digno gnostic tools while on the phone with his operations manager, discussing the things that he could see in here with my unit. They finally determined that it’s possible that when my unit was installed 16 years ago, there was one small part that was installed backwards that was preventing my refrigerant from flowing properly Causing the system to work at below 70%. I am grateful for the dedication. He showed finding a reason for my problem. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was prompt, polite and very professional. He had our system up and running in record time. We will definitely use Temp Pro again in the future.
