Ryan and Adam from Strategic Air Services did an excellent job with my A/C maintenance. Adam installed my new thermostat, checked the system, and cleaned the coils. The monthly maintenance plan is a great value, and their customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We’ve had the team at Strategic Air help us maintain and repair our older HVAC units for the past few years. They have a great team - Jake was out most recently for our semi-annual cleaning/inspection, and Chad and Eric have been out to replace our evaporator coils in the past. Really knowledgeable team, fast scheduling, and competitive prices!

Chad and Ryan bravely came out in the sleeting roads to fix our heater. They were great and very knowledgeable about our system and what was wrong with it. I was impressed. I will be using your company in the future.

They came out so quickly in icy weather! They were thorough, friendly, and made sure everything was up and running before they left. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use their services again.

We hired Strategic Air Services to install a new HVAC system and replace our ductwork. The pricing was reasonable, and while we hit a bit of turbulence along the way, the customer service ultimately proved to be excellent.

I want to specifically mention Chad, who led the installation. A significant part of my day job is to find and fix the mistakes other engineers make. From that perspective, Chad exhibited excellent craftsmanship and an impressive drive to ensure quality work.

I called Strategic Air at 4:30pm, and they had a tech named Adam at my house within an hour. Adam quickly diagnosed the issue, and they are ordering the replacement part for next day install. Great service!

SAS does a great job of assessing and repairing AC issues for good price. Strand Brothers had installed new ac unit and mis-aligned the drain pan causing water over flow onto kitchen ceiling. SAS installed new pan and overflow pipes to correct issue.

Can't thank everyone enough at Strategic Air for installing our new Daikin fit heat pump. The installers from Chad's group was exceptional and stayed to answer all my concerns and questions. They did a great job installing and making sure things were tidy afterwards. Hope the new inverter heat pump lives up to the hype, but know it would be more a manufacturer error and not Strategic. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough great things about Strategic Air Services! I recommend them to everyone. Great price for their year round maintenance service. Every technician that comes to our house is professional, and efficient. They are not high pressure with sales and if they recommend something, I am more than happy to have it done because I trust them.

They also have a killer pumpkin patch (how I found out about them) and a Christmas tree lot - the kiddos love it.

Jake was our technician today and he was awesome! He found an issue and he explained it to me on easy to understand terms and what the fix was.

Ryan was on-time, efficient, courteous, and professional. We had another company come out that wanted to charge us three times as much and misdiagnosed the problem. I will be using them again.

TemperaturePro Austin is always the first call I make when it comes to issues with my a/c units. They are reliable, honest, and very knowledgeable.

A few years back, we had fire ants getting into the contactor, and our unit stopped working. Temperature Pro had a technician out immediately to get it fixed.

Fast forward to this brutal summer. Our a/c unit stopped working, and I called them to come out and diagnose the unit. They came out immediately and went through the steps, checking over everything to find out what might have caused the unit to stop working. Unfortunately, it ended up being the compressor this time, not as simple as replacing a contactor. Nevertheless, they were able to pick up a new compressor and schedule the repair promptly. The technician had it up and running in a couple of hours.

Their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I stood there and talked with the tech for a bit while he was replacing the compressor. It is always neat to me how things work. He explained the unit to me and what he was doing to get it up and running. I could tell he had been in the a/c business for a long time now, and he is passionate about his job. I was able to learn a little about the condensing unit and how it operates.

I’m very excited to have found temperature pro to repair and do maintenance on my a/c. The office staff was very friendly and professional, they even sent a pic of the technician before his arrival. Reid, my technician sealed the deal for me though. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took his time to answer all my questions and explained everything so that I understood. He treated me and my a/c problems with respect and consideration which I really appreciated. In a nutshell, Temp pro has great customer service, quick response, quality staff, fair prices, and they are safety conscious towards their customers. I can’t imagine asking for more!

First off I will say the owner and technicians are very courteous. They helped us trouble shoot an issue and ended up doing well over $7k in work. We were happy with all aside from the dehumidifier which they just couldn’t seem to get to work right. They definitely put the effort in to try to fix it, but ultimately couldn’t get it figured out. The negative stars come from them basically abandoning the project. Now I have a $3500 dehumidifier that doesn’t work and a bunch holes in my ceiling and walls from their troubleshooting that didn’t work. It’s unfortunate as all our prior experiences were good and I really don’t take giving local businesses low stars lightly. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Tim and his team are real professionals. I've worked with them several times and I'm always impressed by their work.
Clear communication, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable and helpful team.
Most other companies will push you to replace everything just because it's old and cost will go up quickly.
Tim is different, he will not try to sell you things you don't need, instead they will fix only what's broken.
