Brenden was incredibly helpful today when he came to descale/flush our water heaters. He was very knowledgeable and an absolute joy. Brenden even pointed out some concerns with gas connections installed by a different provider. I would have never noticed and I’m incredibly thankful for his observation.

Radiant was very prompt with their response and continued communication throughout the process. Erik Stratton was the technical expert that was sent to fix our water heater and he knocked the experience out of the park! Great customer service and knowledgeable about his craft. Definitely recommend this company for commercial and residential needs!

Paul was exceptional at diagnosing the issue with our hot water system. He was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about what it would take to get everything back up and running efficiently. David B serviced the gas line on my dryer and was friendly, professional, and very nice (and great with dogs!). He explained everything clearly and did excellent work. I’d highly recommend him as a servicer. Overall, Radiant was great—this was my second time working with them, and they were timely and helpful once again.

Steve Albert was the Master Plumber who troubleshot and diagnosed my plumbing issue and Mike Tovar was the tech who did the fast and exceptional plumbing repair. Really phenomenal response time, diagnosis, and repair work by these two! All piping issues diagnosed and fixed 24hours after I requested help following a leak. Excellent turns and I now have hot water before my guest arrive. Highly recommend Radiant - thank you!

Brendan did a fantastic job on a very challenging pipe break we had. Very personable, professional and informative. Thankful he resolved the issue and left us in much better shape for the next storm. Highly recommend!

Brent was excellent not only did he fix my problem. He went thru all bathrooms, water heater, and checked water pressure. When he was done he went over in detail trouble areas in my house.

We also asked for an estimate on a cracked toilet replacement and received a very fair price. It’s hard to find such thorough advice and service on a weekend.

David B came by and quickly and efficiently helped flush our tankless water heater - very friendly and knowledgeable! Helped identify some other areas of concern (thankfully) that would have otherwise created a lot more issues! 10/10 in service, knowledge and friendliness. Juan came out to our office to finish the repair that started yesterday and was phenomenal! He spent most of the day here ensuring that every part that needed to be removed or replaced was re-installed properly. He made sure to speak with our warehouse manager to explain what the issues were, what he did as far as the repair and answer any questions that needed answers. Will definitely call them back out for any other plumbing issues.

What really struck me was their incredible professionalism and how genuinely honest and straightforward they were throughout the visit. On top of that, their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience feel so much smoother and more positive. It's not every day you encounter such a great combination of skills and attitude!

Michael was the tech that arrived. He was great. Was able to clear my drain and made some great suggestions to make sure it stays that way! There was some attempt to upsale services, which is expected. He was not pushy in any way, just doing his job.

I had posted a negative review earlier that I absolutely must amend. After Radiant realized that I had had a negative experience, I was called and David came to review our problem. He was absolutely amazing. It turned out that we needed to replace our water heater so David worked diligently for a full day getting it installed. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate Radiant and David’s service.

We had a clogged drain deep under the kitchen sink. Jacob was really helpful and walked us through each step for getting the drain pipes cleared. He also gave us valuable tips for maintenance. Will 100% recommend him for plumbing services.

Brenden, the technician is a 5 star technician with a mountain of experience and technical expertise. He was professional, on time, friendly and funny. I highly recommend this company. I called this plumbing company after having issues with my tankless water heater. The $50 diagnostic fee was fair. What wasn’t fair was the solution I was given.

The technician told me three faucets needed to be completely replaced and quoted me thousands of dollars. His reasoning was that the cartridges were clogged and no longer being manufactured. While that may be true, what wasn’t mentioned is that clogged cartridges can often be cleaned out.

He removed a few aerators and let some sediment flush through, which helped temporarily, but there was no attempt to fully disassemble or clean the internal components. The recommendation went quickly from “clogged” to “replace three fixtures.”

Another plumber later opened everything up properly, cleaned out the cartridges, seals, mesh screens, and flow restrictors, and restored all three faucets, including the ones I was told were beyond repair, in about two hours.

If I call a licensed plumbing company and the issue can be resolved with a simple fix that doesn’t generate a large invoice, that option should be presented first. Instead, I was quoted for replacements that ultimately weren’t necessary.

It’s exhausting dealing with plumbing companies that jump straight to high-cost replacements instead of doing the simple fix first.

The 2 stars are for a previous kitchen sink repair where they did solid work. However, during that job the quoted price went from $2,500 to $896 the moment I mentioned I’d be calling my father to confirm the estimate. That speaks for itself.

Update-they did reach out to me to make things better for the next repair. Which I really appreciate. When that time comes I'll see how it goes. But I will say their customer support really does try to help.

Erik Stratton performed a hot water heater flush at my residence and walked me through other plumbing solutions for my home. He was nothing but the best to work with, being extremely knowledgeable, friendly and detailed when working. He was very transparent and fair on pricing and definitely impressed me on the standards at Radiant. 5 stars isn’t enough!

We had signed up for an annual HVAC and Plumbing maintenance contract. As part of the contract we received a water heater flush and drain. Erik Stratton was the plumber who came out. He was excellent. He let me know what he was doing each step of the way. He did a thorough, professional job. I was extremely pleased with Erik and Radiant.

I had superior service from Radiant Plumbing to get an outdoor hose bib leak repaired. Plumber, Abdias Castillo, arrived within a few hours of my call for service and quickly fixed the aging faucet. He also initiated an inspection of the other outside faucets and one other potential problem was repaired before it became a problem. Abdias was great. He knew his craft, was friendly and articulate in discussing repair options and costs and making sure I was a satisfied customer.
