After an unexpected failure with our old water heater and a few days of warm then cold showers, we gave up and looked around Austin for help. Some other outfits never returned our calls, but Radiant took our call immediately and got us on the books the next morning. Marcel was professional, thorough, and patient in taking all our questions and breaking down all options. The whole process was so seamless we never even saw the old one getting hauled away. I truly can't say enough good things about my (first) experience with Radiant - the hype lives up to the radio commercials!

We had a sudden major water emergency (major leak) late on a Friday. I called 7-8 other plumbers first, with no one able to come out until Monday, which was just not an option. Radiant got Chris out that same evening, followed by Marcel (a specialist) out the next morning. Marcel spent most of the day tracking down the issue, then got us scheduled for the actual repair on Sunday morning. While it was sadly a "worst-case" water issue that was of course pricey, instead of bawling my eyes out or feeling overwhelmed and confused, Marcel was able to walk me through every single step of the process with patience, thoroughness, and even humor. That's not at all how I expected to feel in such a situation!

Everyone at Radiant has been clear, communicative, and professional. And hey, I've learned there is a niche area for plumbing cinematography (they were featured on John Oliver - check out their YouTube videos haha)!!

I am so fortunate and grateful to be working with Radiant and will never use anyone else after this experience. These guys are the best of the best and have earned a loyal customer. Thank you so much, Radiant team!

Anthony Wright came out to replace our hot water heater and water softener. He was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It was also apparent that he prides himself in his work. If you see his name come across you service call you are in good hands.

UPDATE: I did speak to Alexandra from customer service and was able to voice my concerns. She wanted to make things right and it seemed like she really cared about my experience. I did get a 10% refund which was nice and a year of service. I will give them another chance, and I hope they take feedback seriously.

I wonder if it’s the fact that they know you can’t fix your own plumbing, that makes people speak to you in such a disrespectful way. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

The technician who came to my home was polite on the surface, but the overall tone of the interaction felt condescending. I was spoken to in a way that suggested I couldn’t understand basic information, which is not how a homeowner should be treated.

I was presented with multiple “options,” but one of them didn’t appear to be a realistic or viable choice. It felt more like a pressure tactic than a genuine solution. I was also told that financing was available, only to later be told that it wasn’t, which was both confusing and frustrating.

The cost of my water tank replacement was also extremely high in my opinion. Not at all what I looked up online and heard from other people, which makes me wonder how they set their prices.

What bothered me most was the lack of transparency and follow-through. The technician left without showing me how to properly drain the tank and without walking me through the condition of my old water heater. There was no clear explanation of what I was looking at or why certain recommendations were being made.

When inviting a service provider into your home, you expect professionalism, clarity, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on all three. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as I would appreciate an explanation and a commitment to better communication for future customers.

David Farmer was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing plus the cost of the work. He provided suggestions on things I inquired about and gave affordable quotes. The best experience I had with any plumbing company.

We used Radiant to fix a backed up sewage line in our back bathroom. Not only did they do a poor job that they had to come back out and fix, they broke our shower fixture in the process. That was at least 3-4 months ago. We still cannot use our shower because they never came back out with parts to fix it. I would not recommend Radiant to anyone!

I called Radiant Plumbing because my old water heater wasn’t getting hot enough. Technician Ab came out quickly and did a really thorough inspection. He checked everything carefully and patiently explained what he found. Turns out, I had accidentally adjusted the thermostat the wrong way. Ughh
However Ab was super professional, honest, and didn’t push for an immediate replacement even though the unit is older. He just gave straightforward advice for planning ahead. We only paid the $59 dispatch fee, which felt completely fair for the expertise and peace of mind he provided. Thanks, Ab—you’re great at what you do! Highly recommend Radiant Plumbing, especially if you get Ab on your call!

Of course plumbing issues are rarely planned. i was so thankful that Radiant was able to fit me in on a weekend. The staff were so friendly and so helpful the entire way.

We recently had Radiant Plumbing out to our home in the Lakeway area for a water heater replacement and to address our whole-house water pressure issues. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our technician, Manny.

Manny was absolutely amazing – extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk us through all our options for the water heater, explaining the pros and cons clearly so we could make the best decision for our home and budget. He didn’t rush us or push anything; it felt like he truly cared about getting it right.

Beyond that, he also spotted and thoroughly explained a bad shower valve in our guest bathroom. He showed us exactly what was wrong, why it was an issue, and what we needed to do to fix it properly (including steps we could handle ourselves if we wanted). His communication was clear, professional, and kind – no jargon overload, just straightforward advice that made us feel informed and confident.

The work was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. Manny’s professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to educate us really stood out in an industry where that’s not always the case. WOW! Staff is very professional, kind, timely, great communication! All for a great price. We were paying almost double this with our previous company and were not treated well.

We became one of their members and for $300 a year (or $25/mth) they complete:
1. Spring HVAC clean up, tune up and inspect your entire AC system before the heat hits.
2. Fall HVAC clean up, tune up and inspect your entire Heating system before the colder weather comes.
3. Inspect all your plumbing, check your water pressure and complete your water softener annual flush.
4. 10%. off any additional service
5. No service fee if you need a technician to come to your home.

What deal! Previously I paid over $100 just for my water heater flush. The Radiant tech (AB) also did an inspection of the rest of my house and our water pressure. AB showed us that the water pressure from the city was too high. Our house is six years old. How long has it been too high? With our previous company, I was paying $198 each time (spring/fall) the other company came out to tune up my HVAC. So the membership saves me $200 right off the bat. Super impressed.

Jordan and Joey (J squared) from Radiant did an excellent job on the plumbing pipe repair. They were efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain and answer questions I had.

Jeff at Radiant Plumbing was fantastic. He explained everything clearly without ever talking down to us, which I really appreciated. He quickly replaced a few parts in our toilet and outdoor faucets, double-checked for leaks, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and we genuinely felt at ease knowing it was done right. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Jeff Hicks from Radiant Plumbing. Jeff was professional, polite, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. After confirming that my existing water softener had a unrepairable leak I was provided a few quotes to have it replaced. After reviewing the quotes I opted to have Radiant install a new softener which they provided and after accepting the quote I was contacted within the same evening to schedule the install. Mike just finished up, gave a brief explanation (similar to my only units operation) and left the manual and ensured if I had any questions I could reach out. The old unit will be picked up and properly disposed of as part of the service, a major plus. Thanks to Mike and all of the Radiant team I’ve had the pleasure of working with thus far. I look forward to our continued relationship and feel at ease that I have them by my side.

In a routine inspection of my sewer pipes, a break was discovered under the foundation of my home (I could see it myself on the camera). It was an expensive repair, but working with the Radiant team was a really good experience.

The project manager provided consistent and timely communication and the onsite staff who did the work were thorough, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I am 100% please and
