Russell went above and beyond to help our family when our A/C stopped working properly. He even came out on his day off! Highly recommended.

Russell was available to come out and check on my heating unit with two hours of giving him a call. Unfortunately, the piece was not available on that particular day since the inventory place was closed for the holiday. The next day, Russell was able to grab the piece and come over to complete the repair. Russell also checked on the warranty of the equipment and we were able to save some money since it was still valid. Great work Russell and thank you!

Russell has done an outstanding job. He replaced my AC unit at my house a few years ago. He is always very responsive, shows up on time and does a great job. When The drain line clogged recently he came out, cleared it for me, showed me how to do it and didn’t even charge me for the call. Russell offers superb customer service. He takes care of my HVAC system every year to make sure it will handle the upcoming season. Recently he addressed an issue I was having with my heater and he found a very hard-to-find replacement part and fixed it in 24 hours. He's truly a gem.

Don’t follow the rules of the road.

I have had these guys hook up two 30 Ton CRAC units in my Data Center. Their workmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is unequaled and they lived within the provided estimates

One of their employees was tailgating me hard on a toll road during traffic time. This is so inappropriate. Usually with crazy drivers, I just move to the lane over but that is impossible on the toll. They then proceeded to stare me down when they exited the toll. So crazy since they are driving a company van, I wouldn’t trust this company if their employees are such aggressive and reckless drivers. The van was unit 29.
