Talked me into a service that was not required in the first place, and billed me $930 for it without telling me about the charge and not getting my approval. The bill essentially says technician found everything is normal and billed $930 for the service. Very dishonest company and rude customer service.

Man for what these people charge you would think they pay their employees better. One of them riding in passenger seat in a Johnson control service truck what is in a parking lot panhandling for money. He asked me because do you have a dollar that you can spare? So they don't pay their employees enough that they have to try to bum a dollar? First thing I did was call a phone number for Oklahoma City and it said invalid number three times. The second thing I did was called the one in Austin and they want the truck number and I did not. Then they said okay thank you for calling. Oh this is after I gave them the location and the time within 3 minutes of the occurrence. This is after I was transferred from one number to another number. The first guy was just a clearing house and was definitely offshore.

This company hit and ran.. called them they don’t want to give me their insurance information!! Be careful when you see their cars/ trucks out!!

This guy cut me off and driving with his arm out and not a care in the world if he got into a crash. Needs a safety class I think 🤔. ...and driving with a company car.

Almost got tboned by one of your trucks today because the driver had his face buried in his phone. Seems to be a common problem based on your other reviews.

This company has performed services on various properties and new construction over the years. In the past he has done all parts of HVAC. Heating, cooling, ductwork, demolition, repairs, etc. He just completed new construction of new home for me with multiple 5 ton systems. Very timely on responses, able to work with me on all aspects of work in both repairs, maintenance and new construction. Very fair and honest, dependable work and professionally completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

1/25/2023 - again used this company to troubleshoot heating issue. Was able to complete analysis and reprogram thermostat remotely by phone and using FaceTime Excellent troubleshooting using his experience. Job completed.

Martin and son are not only AC pros but are very skillful when providing handyman work. Specifically, for me, they did an outstanding job in vinyl floor tile installation and float and tape of sheet rock!

The best A/C replacement. My bed room was very hot and they were able toinstall returns in an inexpensive way. A very clean and professional team.
