Horrible service and customer service. Had an AC problem where the AC would not cool below 77 back in May.in the house I rent. A tech came out told my wife he did a temp fix. I called the tech to find out what it was. My concern was we were having a graduation party in 4 days with 30+ people. The tech was rude as could be on the phone and refused to tell me temp fix.

2 months later same problem. I told lady who called to set up the appointment not to send same tech. Lo and behold same tech came and long story short I told the guy to get out of my house. The attitude was not my problem I don’t care.

Finally get a different company out. Super nice and they found a leak. So the temp fix was just adding more refrigerant to the system. Most likely tech being lazy.

Incredible experience with Josh and Denise at CSS. They were dependable, informative and resolved our A/C issue when many other companies wouldn't. I appreciated the time that Josh took to explain what he was doing and to diagnose what was happening with the AC. Denise was incredibly communicative and empathetic on the phone and helping us get service scheduled. Would highly recommend this company!!!!

Eli, the owner, was very responsive as we set up our initial meeting. We received a quote and they were able to start the work right away. The pricing felt fair, and they efficiently addressed our mold issues by removing the mold and installing a UV light to ensure our home’s air is safe. They even cleaned and painted our vent covers. The team was courteous throughout, using shoe covers to protect our floors and keeping everything tidy. Overall, excellent work. Highly recommend!

Alex, Kevin and Marcos did a fantastic job cleaning the HVAC and air ducts. We had no idea of the mold and bacteria that was starting to build up. We are very satisfied with the service and detailed attention to our needs. Highly recommended and we will keep calling on them for sure.

The team did a fantastic job! Alex, Kevin, and Hermin came to our place, inspected, and cleaned everything same day. And when I say everything, I mean they cleaned EVERYTHING. We’ve been in this home for only 2.5 months, and we immediately noticed something wasn’t right with the air vents and filter when my wife all of a sudden started getting extreme reactions to environmental allergies (her eyes would swell, get puffy red, and they’d itch like crazy). That’s when I noticed the previous owners never cleaned their air ducts/vents or changed their air filter. There was a ton of dust, pollen, pet dander, and who knows what else built up in the AC unit and vents. I immediately called and they came same day to clean everything, install a UV light, and even clean out the dryer vents. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results, and I’m sure my wife’s allergies will be happy too!

Alex and Marcus did a phenomenal job. We found out we had mold in our vents and they came out four days later. He took pictures and showed me; then, the owner went over the photos and options to clean and prevent the mold. I asked several questions and he explained how the AC unit works and how/why mold forms. We also agreed to install the UV light like he suggested. Alex and Marcus started the process and finished in about 2 hours. He explained his steps and he cleaned up each area that he worked on. Afterwards, he sent me the photos of the cleaned ducts. Finding the mold was incredibly stressful, but the Supreme Air team got it cleaned out fast.

These guys were great. I scheduled the appointment with Eli and he was very knowledgeable and up front about everything and was able to schedule me an appointment quickly. Alex showed up on time and was also very informative and up front about everything he would be doing. Him and his partner finished the job in a timely manner and showed me before and after pics of the whole job. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned for the first time since I moved in in 2014! The team stayed for over 3 hours and did an excellent job. I definitely was able to breathe more easily after they left and highly recommend them!

Just had our dryer vent and all our air vents cleaned, and wow — what a difference! They even found and got rid of mold we didn’t know was there. The air feels so much cleaner now and we can actually breathe easier. The crew was super nice, on time, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend if your house needs a good vent cleaning! 🙌✨

David and Eli from Supreme Air Austin cleaned my dryer vent and did an excellent job. For context, my house is quite tall (two story with 10-foot ceilings) and it was a nail-biter watching them climb a latter to the vent--but they were troopers!

Supreme Air Austin was also able to schedule an appointment more quickly than others that I contacted. Because my dryer was drying more slowly than usual, I was eager to get the vent cleared out as soon as possible and appreciated their quick turn-around time.

I was getting error messages (80% and 95%) on both of my new LG dryers, and David and Herman came out right away to help. They thoroughly cleaned the ductwork from both inside and outside the house, replaced a section of broken ductwork, and had both machines up and running perfectly again. They did an amazing job, professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend Supreme Air Austin!

We’ve had our ducts cleaned before…but not like this. Dario & Lio were amazing. My house smells like a freshly cleaned office. I had an idea I would have some mold in my air ducts from the visible signs on the vents but the in-depth pictures that the guys took were super revealing about the quality of air in my home. We had a deep clean (also the guys saved me from a leak from a clogged pvc dumping over into the pan) and also installed the UV lights which are worth the price with a 5 year warranty. The before and after pictures were incredible. Highly recommend Supreme Air.
