Our AC stopped working and we called Tech Service FIRST to look for the problem. Daniel very quickly found the clogging in the drainage system. After cleaning he also measured the amount of freon, checked the air filter and explained in detail how I should carry out maintenance so that the system would continue to work efficiently.

My experience with Greentek was a bit mixed. While the service technician was incredibly nice, helpful, and honest, there were some significant communication issues. My appointment was rescheduled literally two minutes before it was supposed to begin, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, I'm still waiting on a follow-up quote for a full microwave replacement after the service visit. I appreciate the technician's professionalism, but the office communication needs improvement.

Follow up: since they weren't able to find a part to replace, and had nothing in stock. They offered to install my new microwave, on my schedule. Very helpful, small hour window, fast and easy. Thank you!

Best HVAC repair guys in Austin! Professional and knowledgable technicians. We needed help with our broken AC unit in the middle of the hot Texas summer and they helped and stayed really late to make sure we have the AC working. Great and very caring team!

I called Fuse to fix my Refrigerator Jenn-air. Alex came within a couple of hours of my call and diagnosed the problem. The necessary part was with him in the car, so my food was saved👏. Now the refrigerator is working great! If i can give more than 5 Stars I would.

Scheduled appointment for minor repair of washing machine but they canceled the appointment because the drier was stacked and they lack labor to unstack safely. They are responsive and have a lot of good reviews but this seems a limitation. I offered to unstack myself, which is inconvenient, and they still canceled the appointment. I hope they can find some seasonal / temporary help to service this type of system safely when the need arises. Best of luck!

I recently had the pleasure of working with this appliance repair company when my Kenmore dryer's belt broke. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He quickly diagnosed the broken belt and had it replaced in a timely manner. Not only was the repair done quickly, but the technician also took the time to explain how to prevent the belt from breaking again in the future. I recently had the chance of using Tech Service FIRST to repair my washing machine, which was experiencing draining issues, that has already started to get on my nerves, so I called in the service.
The technician arrived on time and wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their expertise was obvious even to someone who doesn't really understand much in it (not me!) they identified swiftly the problem and efficiently resolved it. Not only was the repair completed in record time, but that technician (I'm sorry I forgot his name...) also took the time to explain what caused the problem and provided some helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues, I hope I wouldn't encounter any but if I ever do again, well I know the number to dial lol.

In a nutshell, I'm totally and extremely satisfied with the service provided, the professionalism the politeness and the results. Thank you!

Needed help asap with our AC unit that kept shutting off and they were super quick to respond and the technician they sent over was super nice, explained everything he was doing, gave me a quote beforehand that was exactly the end amount, and even showed me how to maintain my unit to ensure it didn’t happen again. Will definitely call them again with any future needs!

We just had a fantastic experience with Daniel and Ali. Tech Service First was able to come out the next morning after I submitted the request (and it was Holiday by the way) and had my LG microwave and Sub Zero refrigerator fixed by the same day! Very polite and professional service, and communicated every step of the way. If I ever have any problems with my appliances, I will call them right away!

This summer they helped me twice with my AC — everything was done as quickly as possible given my situation. They repaired everything thoroughly and explained in detail how to properly maintain the system.
I really appreciated their approach! Absolutely satisfied with their work and can 100% recommend them if you ever have any issues with AC 🙂

After leaving this review, Mike E. the “manager”sent a series of unkind texts saying I was “harassing” his company.

Paid $78 for a tech to spend two hours and not find “the problem”. I followed up, as asked, with 3 videos showing the 6 hr for one load, no proper spin, etc. The next few days I receive texts and phone calls from Lee, Eugene, Mike,Kate, John saying someone would get to me soon…..then I was sent an estimate that only addressed half the problem…….no one can communicate clearly or is solution driven. Horrible business model!!!

Eugene did a great job replacing a vent fan in my microwave/convection oven. I appreciated his expertise and was grateful that the part could be purchased and replace the one which was not working.That prevented the appliance ending in the landfill and me having to get a new super expensive appliance.
