My Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling in the fridge sector completely, and the freezer was cooling very little, so I thought I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I really did not want to spend on a new refrigerator, so I researched online if it was even possible to fix it. Different companies had expensive diagnostic prices, without any guarantees that they would actually be able to fix it. Then, I stumbled upon this company, Tech Service First. They had very good reviews, and most importantly a very reasonable diagnostic price. So I figured I should give this company a try, and in the worst case, I would just end up buying a new fridge. When I called the company, the operator immediately took the phone without any delay or a robot speaking (which happens rarely these days) and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Amal the technician came on time, and fully diagnosed my refrigerator, and told me the precise problem. He fixed it on the same day for a very reasonable amount, and I was shocked that we were actually able to fix it for such a good price. He was very professional, and the company gave us a 6-month warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends or family, and would obviously use them myself in the future.

Dimitri helped us with an issue with our oven. It was something I figured I could fix myself but because it uses natural gas, I wanted to make sure it was done right. I'm glad I went with HVAC & Appliance Tech Service FIRST, as they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner and also caught something that I would have missed.

The compressor died on our LG fridge. Kiryl came out the same day and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He came back over the weekend which we later learned was his day off to replace the compressor. Kiryl was incredibly transparent and fair with pricing and did exceptional work replacing our compressor. He also helped guide us through the process of submitting a warranty request with LG. Strongly recommend Tech Service First.

Daniel arrived promptly to do maintenance on my 2 HVAC units.
My AC is blowing strong and cold now! He also repaired my dryer and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and cleaned the vent. Daniel is very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything. I will continue to use them for HVAC maintenance and appliances problems. Another plus is you can brush up on your Russian, as Daniel is fluent.

I have used them twice and they have been great both times. My technician was Daniel. He is very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He shares information about what he is doing and he is very ethical. He has never recommended unnecessary work. I highly recommend them.

My freezer stopped working and I called around for a service person. HVAC & Appliance Tech Service FIRST diagnostic fee is only $54+tax (others are $75), so I decided to use them. Aaron came and quickly figured out that it was the outlet issue and there's nothing wrong with the freezer. He patiently explained to me what happened. Not only so, he stayed around and continue checking out the coil and other things. He even stayed long enough to make sure that the freezer was cooling again. Great service! Would definitely use them again.

Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He took the time to explain to us exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was very careful and courteous with all of our stuff that he had to remove to get to the problem area, and put it all back carefully when he was done. Highly recommend!

I got the referral from yelp. When the repairman came out he was very professional. He worked on the fridge for about 6 hours and the next day it did not work. I complained to the management and they were very responsible. The owner brought me a temporary refrigerator and they ordered the correct compressor for the fridge. They were courteous and friendly. The second time they came to fix the fridge it worked. They left the temporary fridge with me for a few days to make sure and then they picked it up after I told them my fridge was working properly. I experienced great customer service and a commitment to get it right :)

They were professional and timely. I appreciated the fact they got right to the issue with our AC. They were kind and didn't try to upsell a whole bunch of services which a lot of companies do now a days. I appreciate the follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We definitely will be using them again for maintenance services.

In the summer heat, the last thing you want to deal with is having your AC break down. My house is less than 5 years old and I was not expecting to have to replace a portion of my AC system so soon. Just wanted to give an outstanding review for Vladimir. He came on very short notice in the evening and helped us completely dissemble and remove a fridge that was on its last leg and leaking profusely. He worked very efficiently and was able to pivot when we ran into a couple potential roadblocks. Lastly he helped tidy up after finishing the job. His work ethic, can-do attitude, and professionalism are rare in today’s world. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for appliance service.
