Our experience was great. They ended up having to replace some of our ducts and they were super quick and efficient with their time! Our vents are noticeably clean and the air quality has improved drastically! They also installed a UV light.

They recommended deep cleaning for the dryer and it made sense. A little pricier than what I thought though.

Misleading. Quoted $99 for dryer vent cleaning. Avi was in my house for 2 minutes before saying I needed a $300 “deep cleaning” aka to actually clean the vent not just use a shop vac. Embarrassed that I fell for this first scam. He then did a free duct inspection (I did not ask for this) and was very pushy for me to sign an $1,800 quote for cleaning and a UV light. I ended up not agreeing on the spot and would follow up later. I got a second opinion who stated nothing is wrong with my unit. Was still skeptical and got a third opinion who also agreed that I should not spend more than $300 let alone the $1,800 quote from greenwood on my AC unit. Called to cancel my quote with Greenwood and the owner called back and was extremely rude. I would never recommend this company. They are overcharging for services your home does not need. Buyer beware

Avi was very professional. I would give five stars for him and Lois — both were diligent at their work. Four stars is because of the pricing, it was much higher than I expected to pay when I signed up for the promotional cleaning service. It makes sense now with the potential business it brings in after the included inspection. Overall, I figured clean air is important enough having a family plagued with environmental allergies.

I had used this company a few years ago for vent cleaning and was impressed, so I contacted them again when it was time for another cleaning. I really appreciate that they offer flexible scheduling, including Sundays, which made things convenient for us.

Avi and Luis from their team arrived and were professional from the start. They went up to the attic, took clear before-cleaning photos, and walked us through the condition of the vents before starting any work. Avi was especially respectful and unlike many salespeople—he didn’t push for unnecessary upgrades. Instead, he clearly explained all available options and let us decide.

They even went above and beyond by cleaning a few extra vents in the kids’ rooms at no additional charge.

they get 2 stars because the first time we got service done with them it was amazing. this was about a year and a half ago. it was so good i recommended them to our new landlords.
This time the work was poor or not done at all. the air vents on the cielings were still dirty. and they were supposed to clean the dryer duct but that didnt happen. My dryer just went out and had moisture on the inside of the dryer. the reputable appliance repair man told me that the moisture is caused by a clogged air vent and he can fix the dryer but ill need to get the vent cleaned or its gonna break the dryer again. I called Greenwood to come back out and clean the vent, becuase it clearly wasnt done in the first place.
first off you call the number on the site and no one answers. After leaving a message they call you back from a different number. seems weird. they receptionist tells me that its going to be an additional charge for someone to come out because its a month past the warranty period. So of course i ask to speak to a manager. He proceeds to tell me that the clogged dryer vent cant break a dryer that theres no way that can happen. and also that its past my warranty period so he'll have to charge me.
How can you warranty a job that wasnt done? I told him i wasnt asking him to pay for my $700 bill for the broken dryer but i want him to clean and do the job right that they were supposed to do. He refuses. worst customer service ever! i will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and taking them to small claims court!

I am very happy with this company. I compared the Prices to others and they were the cheapest for the money. But that is not it. They did an extremely good job for the house I have. I had 2 A/C units and 1 dryer vent cleaned. Carina was the person that took the call and scheduled the appointment, even after I had to reschedule she was Great with her customer Service. The technician ELI and his partner were very professional. they took 2.5 hours to complete the job and gave me a GREAT price for the additional items that needed to be done. Overall they are a 5 Star company. They can out bid any company out here in Austin, TX. I highly recommend them.

I was originally quoted 179 for ducts and dryer vent over the phone, and not told that there was a possibility that they might quote a higher price once here. Once they were here, we got a quote for a “deep cleaning” and sanitizing that was over $1000. Our main concern was our dryer vent because it was so blocked that our dryer wasn’t drying anymore. Avi said we needed a deep cleaning of the dryer vent that cost 199, instead of the 89 I was quoted on the phone. I only approved the dryer vent cleaning because our dryer wasn’t drying anymore. They snaked a brush down the vent for about 10 min and said they were done. There is dryer lint all over my roof and all over my yard. For 200, they should have a way to either collect the lint as it comes out or they should include clean up. I regret agreeing to any service.

I’m impressed with how clean our air ducts are now. The technicians were courteous and worked efficiently without disrupting our day. I can already tell the indoor air quality is better.
