I scheduled service for a tenant-occupied property due to what appeared to be a fridge door leak, which turned out to be an ice maker issue. The technicians were responsive and completed the work, but I was really frustrated with their billing and diagnostic process. I wasn't told what the problem was before receiving a diagnostic bill, and they refused to explain the issue until that fee was paid. They also wouldn't provide a repair estimate unless I paid the diagnostic fee and approved the work beforehand, which left me making decisions blindly.

On top of that, I received a same-day rescheduling text that was sent by mistake, creating unnecessary confusion while trying to coordinate with my tenants. Overall, I won't be using their services again or recommending them.

Positives: They were responsive and completed the repair.

Negatives: Poor communication, confusing and restrictive billing/diagnostic process, lack of transparency, and an inconvenient scheduling error.

Our hot water heater stopped working. They were out within 24 hrs of contacting them. And diagnosed the issue, determining we would need a new hot water heater. And they got me quotes that night - I approved and they were out the next day. All scheduled times were kept. The repair men, all three were kind, polite, kept me informed and up to date. They took pics throughout so that I could understand what was done and why.

I had a great experience with this company replacing the compressor in my LG refrigerator. It started in the middle of the day when I noticed my ice cream was getting soft — never a good sign. Soon after, the refrigerator section stopped cooling as well. The fridge was completely packed after a weekend grocery run, so panic mode kicked in fast.

I reached out to several repair companies, and these guys responded right away. They scheduled a visit for 8 AM the very next morning. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed a burned-out compressor, and explained everything in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand way. They even checked their warehouse and helped confirm that my LG compressor was still covered under warranty — which honestly felt like a small win in an otherwise stressful situation.

We agreed on the price and next steps quickly, and by 2PM the same day, the technician was back and completed the repair. By that evening, the fridge was already cooling down, and by the next morning, the temperature was completely back to normal.
It’s been over a month now, and everything is still working perfectly. Fast response, great communication, friendly service, and real professionalism.

I understand it's August and these companies want to make hay while the sun shines, but this is ridiculous. I emailed Josh asking for a courtesy discount, and all I received in response was the word "no".

CSS was able to squeeze me in for same-day service. Josh arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts to fix it in his truck. My HVAC was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call!

They are simply the best. It’s hard to know who to trust and it’s like a game of Russian roulette, but not with these guys! They are honest and kind!! Even though I clearly do not know anything about HVAC systems, I was spoken to respectfully. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Just honest people making a difference, it might sound corny- but ask my kids and pets if they feel like Josh made a difference in the quality of their life. Trust me y’all want to call this company to work on your system

Quick, reliable service that got my ac to cool down the day after I called them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for ac service. It's not cheap, but not much is anymore in this area but well worth it to be comfortable in the heat.

These guys are the real deal. Professional and timely and kind, coupled with high quality service. So happy these folks are in our town.
