Joe was very nice, he called me 30 minutes prior to arriving to our home. He took care of all the small details and I can really tell with the air quality in our home.

I called Extreme for help when I noticed that my heater was causing my allergies to flare up. Miguel came to my home the very next day and took the time to understand what the true problem was. He ran a disinfectant through the system, and holy cow it had made such an improvement. Cedar allergies are bad enough, so getting rid of the mold in our system was such a huge help. Thank you!!

Stay away from this company, it's a fake air duct clean service. I called them based on 5-star review on Google for 1.5-2 hours service for $299+ tax (is the review real?). Two guys came into my house and had very nice talking at beginning, then he asked me to fill in my home address and sign my name, It's a professional cheating trap.

He went upstair with his shoes on and cut a hole on first one AC box and said there is a mold, and led me to check another AC unit, mold again, then he tried to sell me $1800 package per AC unit. 10 mins later, he said first one AC unit cleaning is done, WHAT! That's fast JOB. I said you guys did not even touch the vent and air return, all the dust still hang on the vent covers. He became very nervous and impolite, said I AM THE FIRST GUY TO CHECK AFTER THEY FINISHED THE CLEANING, he worked for Extreme for 7 years and now I questioned his job, in argument he said all the vent and air return dust will be cleaned by a 100 ft long, small 4 inch wide vaccum pipe from small van sucking through the small cutting hole because all pipes are connected. What's the hell!!! Finally he asked me to pay $160+ for the one unit they cleaned because I already signed. They didnot even give a name card and ran away with threatening to see me in the court and my house cannot list for sell any more (I dont know how it happen).

Company is all about helping animals that no one else took the time to help. So many animals out there that need help that are homeless do not have it forever home this place takes him in and helps him with the medical needs.

I've call extreme based on a recommendation from a friend. I own a few rental properties in Austin and needed a trust worthy company. Jerry was very professional, he explained a few things over the phone and it seems like he did a good job. I would definitely call extreme back based on my experience.

They services my rental property in Austin today. I gave them my tenants number, they set everything up and preform the air duct cleaning service to perfection. Very happy with the customer service.

Meh. The guys who came to clean the vents were nice, but they arrived 10 minutes after the end of their service window (arrived at 11:10am when they said they'd be here between 8am & 11am).

They tried talking me into a detailed cleaning for about $600 more, but didn't offer to show me why I needed the extra cleaning. They also left quite a bit of dust on the floor and stairs that I got to clean up after they left, which was a bit annoying.

Anyway, I guess they're ok - not great, but not horrible. I'm assuming the ducts are clean now, though, so mission accomplished. I think.

Dryer Vent cleaning. Booked a 4 hour window. When I called at the beging of the window, they were able help me ballpark where in the 4hour window they would be. Tech called before arrival, and was accurate (within 5 mins) of their arrival.

Techs were professional, and quick. Answered my questions during and after. Showed pictures of what was pulled out, as well as what it looked like after.

Tech took the time to answer my questions about other services they offered, along with correct some lies that a different company (scam artist will not be named here) told me.

I highly recommend Extreme Air Duct Cleaning. You wouldn't believe what was lurking behind my vents! Not only was the team highly professional and detailed in their cleaning effort, but they were extremely thoughtful and protective of my home as they worked. It isn't always the case that one deals with a team of workers that go the extra length to do such a thorough job. Sunny, Jose and David are a first rate team!

Got the number from their San Antonio location after did some work for me in San Antonio.Great communication by the way from start to finish, the work was great. Sam's crew came on time, and were very friendly and did an excellent job. I wish I ran my company as efficiently as these guys fun theirs, would highly recommend this company.

We used Extreme Air Duct to clean our carpets (an Angie's List Deal), and were very satisfied with the work done. The carpets look more fresh, and are rid of the residual orange cat-barf stains. The techs were professional and friendly. We're happy with the service and recommend them!

I was really impressed with the quality of work that I received from Extreme Air Duct Cleaning. From walking me through the process, to showing me pictures of the dirt, mold, and dust that was sitting in my ducts, they were very professional, thorough, and their work was very good. I would certainly recommend to others.

My dryer vents needed a deep cleaning, both the unit and my home. For an extremely reasonable price, two guys came out and made quick work of the cleaning. In and out in about an hour, right on time. Before, my dryer was so full, it would stop and a red Check Lint Screen light came on. A few loads after the cleaning, the green light turned on instead: Good Airflow. Amazing!

This company false advertise. I bought a groupon for the Air-Duct Cleaning Service. I even agreed to pay for the second AC Unit. I scheduled the clean. Their people came with a ladder and small vacuum. They only cleaned around the units. They didn't open any vents and clean. They said they cleaned the vent. I don't see how. They were in and out for less than 30 minutes. Spent almost $400 for a very very basic. False Advertise.

Don't know if they have different techs than these older reviews, but I could not be less happy with them. Had a clogged dryer duct, they charged me over $500 for a "deep clean", they literally just ran a brush from the inside to the roof and never bothered checking the exit vent. Dryer was still clogged, asked them to come back out and the guy took a picture showing the bottom part of the duct inside and was like, look, it's clean. Said roof was too difficult to get on and left. Had to hire another company to come out that charged half the price and did a thorough and amazing job. Do not trust these people. I feel totally scammed by them.

Edit: Double checked and this is 100% the correct company. Verified the number that was called to schedule service. Not surprised they would try to lie about it.

Professional, timely, thoughtful explaining of services and best practices. We will use again in the future, and highly recommend their service. Also during this time of pandemic, they have a company policy to wear masks while performing service, which they did and we greatly appreciated it.

The technician did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. I’m very happy with the results and the improved air quality.
