I've been dealing with Way Services since I came into this industry. Yes, there were some issues early on, however they've made changes and I've been extremely happy with the new leadership and their employees.

Their techs know and understand their products better than any company I've done business with. They will also call out their own mistakes and fix them at no cost to the customer.

Way Services is a great company to work with and I have the upmost confidence in their ability to carry out and complete any task necessary.

Way service is our go to. The amount of talent they have on staff and the pure realistic professionalism in the way they conduct business is beyond compare. Way services helps us keep our class A commercial office buildings in full operation, they help us modernize our HVAC controls systems and keep it up to date with the interior changes made with construction. They have provided us with expedient proposal for RTU replacement which was well drafted, researched and accurate.
Very well operated from top down. Very helpful folks, and they have gone above and beyond for us.

My car battery died while driving so I pulled into Johnstone Supply to wait for a tow. My tow arrived after 15 minutes and a lady came out asking me to move because they’re a place of business. I let her know the situation and she was still very rude to me. My car died, I can’t plan that. Whatever yall do here, I won’t be coming. Please be nice to people that are already having a hard day.

For 18 wheeler it is difficult to park in this company dock, especially if is wet...just be careful with traffic coming your way...thanks

Very rude on the phone, I needed a board that is $41 online and they said well we have it at $300. What a rip off.

Best place in town for HVAC supplies and customer service. Never had a bad experience there.

The grand opening was horrible.the food I don't even have the woods.are company spends lots of money here also.the portion look like some homeless shelters gives out .very little

They are awesome folks. Love their energy. Everyone who works their are down to earth and you can tell they love what they do. Thanks guys.
