Legacy AC Austin has to be the most professional, high quality, and efficient HVAC repair service in Austin. 10/10, incredible experience with expert service and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone who has AC repair and/or installation needs. Particular shout out to Mr. Brandon Faught with Legacy AC, he and his family have been helping out my family since before I was born and they’ve remained the most dependable and reliable and quality service in town.

Many thanks to the Legacy AC team. My sister’s AC unit failed overnight. A call to Legacy resulted in Brandon Faught arriving in an hour to complete an emergency repair on a hot Saturday afternoon. The quick friendly service saved a relocation of people and pets.

I called Legacy to get a second opinion on some AC work I’d been quoted by another company. They were highly recommended by neighbors in my area. Brandon called me back quickly and got me on the schedule. His technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and friendly. They both spent time checking the systems and gave me an estimate that was half the price of the other company! They also realized some issues were misdiagnosed and fixed the problem easily. I found Legacy to be honest and efficient. I’m so glad I called them!

We had another AC company out to our house for one of those $89 dollar checkup deals. The technician told us the system was leaking Carbon Monoxide and was really dangerous and that we had to replace the whole system. It was going to cost like $20,000. We felt something was suspicious so we called Legacy AC for a second opinion. Brandon Faught came out and did a thorough investigation of our system and found NO LEAKS AT ALL! We almost fell victim to a scam. Thank you Brandon Faught and Legacy AC!!

Legacy AC is the best! They showed up to my house during the ice storm a few weeks ago and got our heat back up and working. Other companies told me they could not come out that day because it was too Dangerous. Brandon Faught personally came to our house during icy conditions and got us warm again. Thank you!

Legacy AC installed a new system for us and it is awesome and so quiet! The installation crew was great and cleaned up the job site really well and worked very efficiently. We highly recommend them for a new system. We thought the price was really fair as well. Other companies had quoted us thousands more for what we felt was a lesser quality system.

Stay away from this company, they will make your HVAC problem worst. May be not worth contacting their customer service either as they don't even listen to you.
