Don and Steve are always available to repair heating and cooling systems

Steve did a mini-split install for us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I would strongly recommend him. Professional, prompt, extremely responsive, and quality work.

Don was great. We had all of our ducts removed and a new gas furnace and electric A/C unit as well as a wifi thermostat, UV filter, and electric filter. Probably the most complex and expensive job you can do with your HVAC as a home owner. Extremely happy with the work. Don met with us over a year and waited patiently for us to get ready to start. He walked us through the whole process and did follow ups after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. He also beat out all the other bids significantly. More than that, he put the correct sized unit in our house, and we no longer have to deal with humidity issues.

Don and Steve are amazing! Honest, courteous, and communicative. I'm so grateful a co-worker recommended Total Comfort. During the summer, my unit was showing signs of struggle. I had a tech from a different company come out prior and all he did was "top off" my AC with more coolant. To make a long story short, it didn't help, and after a couple other techs/companies my AC unit blew out completely. I needed someone I could depend on and *fast* because this was the middle of summer! Don came out the very next day and was able to proper diagnose what was going on. He was able find a replacement compressor for my rare Amana unit in under a week. He and Steve did a great job communicating with me and also systematically tested other portions of my unit to make sure everything was sound (the second tech had claimed there was something wrong with the circuit board). They did not try to sell me parts or services I didn't need. I really felt cared for and obviously they know what they are doing. I can't imagine calling anyone else in the future for AC issues! It's a true comfort knowing Total Comfort exists. Highly recommended!

Steve was quick, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I really appreciate his excellent communication and professionalism. I was stuck with an A/C unit that wouldn’t power on in a new house that we were just moving into. I’d called 4 other companies and was told the soonest was still a day out.

This class saved my family's business. The local AC Techs in Corpus were charging us so much. As a multi location business, I saved 150K in the first 6 months after I finished this class. Every business should have a mantenance man with AC certification. The teacher has an engineering background. I am now fully prepared for maintaining my sytems.

This was the best 2-week training experience of my life. My high expectations were exceeded. The instructor has mastered the art of teaching. He understands the cognitive processes needed to gain knowledge. The instructor cares deeply of making sure knowledge is imparted. He is extremely knowledgeable and generously imparts that to all. It's a great value and very nice family atmosphere. The beauty of the curriculum is in it's simplicity. The complexity gradient of the material it's appropriate. I'm very happy I chose this program.
