Reviews of local pros in Austin, Texas

Fantastic company to work with. Patched two leaks in my roof and did interior work where water had leaked in. Everyone I talked to there was professional and friendly. They documented everything to show me what needed to be done as well as the extent of damage during the repair. During the interior work they went the extra mile to make sure they didn't make a mess or damage any of the rooms they were working in. House looks as good as new after they finished. On top of that they were very reasonably priced. Got multiple bids for the job and they were very competitively priced.

Really good experience with the team at Austin Roofing and Construction for a small-medium roof repair due to removing a power line meter pole. They were not the cheapest bid I received but they did an amazing job and you can not tell that they had to replace a panel of the wall or that there was any repair. Very professional team, quality work. No notes.

Tim and his team did an amazing job - as an architect & home builder for my own home this was a very important part of the build & I couldn't be happier with the results.

Professional, fair & clear pricing, responsiveness to questions, etc was superb. When insurance claim did not approve full roof replacement, other companies stopped returning my calls. Austin Roofing continued their great customer service to repair my roof.

Billy came out and inspected our roof within a day of my call. He was able to get an estimate to the insurance company and get our repair scheduled quickly. The crew came on the appointed day and discovered additional damage but took great before and after photos for our insurance company to show that additional work was required. They not only did a great job but left the job site incredibly clean. I would happily recommend this company based on my own experience.

Austin Roofing and Construction was extremely generous in helping sponsor our 12U All-Star Baseball team this summer! Their support provided resources for kids in our community to go out and have a season they'll never forget! We won the championship and it was made possible by the selflessness of sponsors like Austin Roofing and Construction. Thank you!!

I would recommend these guys to anyone. Efficient, they worked to get more coverage from my insurance company, I barely had to do a thing. Jeremy is awesome and delivers on his word. They were understanding about us waiting on the check from the insurance company to come before we got to pay them. And on top of all that they even re-stained my garage door and shutters as part of their service!

The technician (sorry I didn't get his name) from Austin Roofing and Construction was able to locate the small leak in my roof within minutes. He was very thorough and showed me pictures of the where the leak originated and gave a very good explanation of the repair action. These guys are very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

ARC was quick to come out and inspect and didn't try to oversell me on the repairs needed. The repair was on time and they did a professional job. Would recommend!

Austin Roofing did an excellent from start to finish of our home roofing replacement project. We were pleased with all aspects of their work and and their great communication on our project. I would highly recommend Austin Roofing as a great resource for your home roofing needs. Our project manager Luis was excellent and very professional.

Outstanding customer service and top-quality workmanship. The entire roofing process was smooth, organized, and stress-free.

Very satisfied with the team at Austin Roofing and Construction. They have done both roofing and siding projects for me as well as some difficult waterproofing challenges that they were able to help with. I highly recommend this outfit for nearly any construction needs.

I am happy working with Austin Roofing and Construction. Luis was easy to talk to and was readily available when i had questions. The roof and gutters turned out really nice. Hector, the guy who did the inspection was awesome to talk to. The whole process was so easy.

Can't say enough good things about ARC. We'd worked previously with a very well-known roofing construction company here in Austin who did a horrendous job in multiple attempts at fixing a leak. ARC came in, was very thorough and professional, and solved our problem completely - even though it took multiple visits. The final product looks fantastic, looks brand new, and zero leaks even in heavy storms.

Austin Roofing was great to work with for the installation of a scupper on our third story TPO roof. They were quick to scope out the job and provide an estimate, answered questions on site and via email, and provided thorough photo documentation of the completed project.

Austin Roofing was great to work with. They quickly responded when we contacted them. They came to our house within a day or two, prepared an estimate, and then worked with our insurance company to get the repairs done as quickly as possible.

The team at Austin Roofing and Construction did a fantastic job replacing my shingle roof with a metal roof. The price was the most competitive bid of multiple estimates. Once I agreed to the estimate, the work began the following week. I would definitely recommend Austin Roofing and Construction!

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience of replacing our roof with Austin Roofing. I got estimates from 5-6 companies and Luis was the best communicator, answering questions and interpreting our conversation into a project that was accurately estimated. The workers were tidy and it was completed as discussed in the promised timeframe. We had to have some fascia and gutter repairs, which other companies don't do. Austin Roofing saved us from having to get another contractor, and then beautifully matched our materials and colors. We now have a lovely roof and no lingering contractor issues. Whew! Thank you Austin Roofing!

Austin Roofing was very professional and offered a great price for my roof repairs. The teams arrived on time and delivered great work. I’ll definitely consider hiring them for any future needs.

We had a great experience with ARC replacing our entire roof as part of a homeowner's insurance claim from hail damage. The project management staff were professional and thorough and the technicians were careful to drop all the debris in key places to minimize damage to our extensive landscaping. We would definitely use them again.

Austin roofing & construction did a wonderful job on my new roof. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! Very fair prices too, I compared them to multiple other local roofers. Highly recommend them.
