I had an issue with my gate (which needed repair) and contacted the original builder and another fence company. They were either unresponsive or told me to find a handyman. The fix wasn't that easy but Isaac from Austin Brothers knew what to do and was meticulous with fixing the problem. Very happy to share my story of receiving great customer service.

Had a great experience with Austin Brothers Fence. They were very thorough in the planning phases, provided options and recommendations based on my yard and preferences, and just built a great fence. They also didn’t walk away once the project was done - there was a minor misalignment with one of the gate latches once everything settled which is normal, but instead of just fixing it they also proactively replaced all the latches with something they felt would work better long term.

Nate provided excellent communication throughout the project. The install team was professional, the quality and finished product exceeded expectations

I had Austin Brothers setup a horizontal wood fence and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. They were very professional, responsive, and quick with the installation, plus I thought the cost was great compared to other quotes I had gotten. Definitely would recommend them.

I would def recommend Austin Bros Fence to a friend. We were looking to remove an old chain link fence (with lots of brush grown in & around) and replace with a double-sided, capped traditional fence with a few gates. I researched 20+ companies and reached out for bids to at least 10; some ghosting or never responding. ABF's request form gathered enough information that they could provide me a pretty accurate budget right off the bat before even coming on-site! I appreciated that they then sent someone out once I confirmed the tentative budget and we chatted more about details and firmed up the numbers and project design. He even measured our car to make sure our drive-in spot was the correct length! The PgM gave honest answers about which materials we should invest in vs. where we could save.

The building team did a great job with solid craftsmanship. We even asked if they could help connect our neighbor's fence and we thought we would come out to see a few patched boards... but they connected the fence in the same style as ours with a cap etc. which looked really nice. Our neighbor even reached out to see if they could get their contact info to fix their fence!

The PgM was on site every day to check-in with the crew and us and addressed any concerns quickly. Once the project was complete the PgM came back out to inspect the work, marking a few boards to replace that we didn't even see fault with - definitely an eye for attention to detail which we appreciated!

So grateful to Austin Bros. Fence! We built this heavy (40+lbs.) Free Little Art Gallery. They helped with the install and gave us recommendations for safely mounting the FLAG! Very sturdy!

I have hired Austin Brothers Fence Company multiple times for various projects, and they have consistently delivered high quality fences with exceptional customer service each time. Decided to fence in our front yard so our dogs could have more space to run around, for some additional security and to eventually enhance with some landscaping. They came and helped Yesterday's Gone - a women's shelter in Liberty Hill out of the kindness of their hearts. Now, we will always do business with them! Really enjoyed my experience with Austin Fence Brothers. Great communication and expectations when it came down to pricing and when I could get scheduled. I even requested a small hole in the fence where my neighbors dog can stick her nose through, like I had with my old fence. They finished my 170 ft fence line, steel posts, w/2 gates in a day in a half with great quality

Jeff did a great job upgrading our gates and installing locks after a backyard theft. High quality work that should last for years. Attention to detail and came back to fine tune the locks a couple of times. Excellent work for a reasonable price.

Austin Brothers Fence Co did a great job installing a privacy fence using the Holt fence system we had purchased at Home Depot. They paid attention to the details and did a high quality installation.

ABFC was highly professional and did excellent work replacing our picket fence. The previous fence posts were tilting along the back of our property. Among the three quotes we got for the replacement ABFC was the only one to recognize the issue was not sinking the old posts deep enough. Turns out we needed about 32” of depth to hit caliche — significantly more than the standard 24” other fence companies were offering. Use ABFC if you want the job done correctly and on-time.
