This company’s was highly recommended to me by my neighbors, and they have some very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. They also did a great job on my roof. It did take a little longer than expected but it wasn’t an issue. Additionally, one new staff member was extremely unreliable and rude after he cancelled our appointment 5 minutes before. I had to travel to meet with him to see samples in person, and he didn’t apologize for his mistake and was very rude after I expressed that that’s not acceptable. He should be fired as I never met someone that inconsiderate and rude. I spoke with this person on phone the day before when we scheduled this appointment, so it was not a communication issue. However the other 99% staff I interacted with, such as head of installation and office managers, were very helpful and polite and did go out of their way many times to remedy the situation and deliver the roof upgrade in time to meet my needs. I highly recommend this company (but advise to better screen or train new employees).

They were very quick with a site visit. Very transparent with what needed to be done in regards to repairing/replacing my roof. Came back to me quickly with a quote and it was a good deal less expensive than the other quotes I got. They kept me posted throughout the process and cleaned up entirely afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing roof work.

I’ve known Terra for nearly 20 years, so when my roof needed fixing I knew exactly who to go to. She was amazing in easing my worries and getting things taken care of quickly before the damage got worse. She was quick to inspect, explain the damage and life expectancy of my roof, she got the estimate to me within the same day, and the repair was finished seamlessly. I experienced some damage to my shingles after the most recent storm in Austin.

Luis came out to check the damage, gave me a really fair quote and had me scheduled for repair within a couple days.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Austin Roofing and Construction!! They were wonderful! I had called multiple companies, and they were the only one that was able to come out within the same week. Luis was the gentleman that came out and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would with keeping in touch and sending over the quote. Everything happened so quickly and efficiently! If I ever have another roofing issue, they will definitely be my go-to company! They were nothing less than wonderful!

I've had a few fences done by different companies through the years, but my experience with Austin Brothers was on another level. From the ease of the quote, to the walkthrough, to the communication (especially with the bad weather delays), I'll only recommend them moving forward. Their workers were always prompt, efficient and professional. The fence/jobsite looks flawless and couldn't have hoped for better.

This crew really proves the rule that a team reveals their tendencies throughout their process of interaction with the customer. They are thoroughly professional, from initial point of contact, project definition, contract through installation. Their follow up could have been a bit more personal to capture any (non-existent in this case) issues, but the quality of the install was excellent.

i can’t tell you how happy I am both with the fence and with the experience I had with Austin Brothers. It’s rare that, after a project is complete, that you feel like you got treated well and got great work at a fair price. Austin Brothers wasn’t the cheapest fence bid I got but they weren’t far off that mark. I feel like the work was done well, and I got what I paid for with no hassles or angst, and I know you’ll be there if I run into any issues.
Every single person that I’ve talked with as been great - Abby, Nate, and Jeff have beed absolutely fantastic.
The level of communication was awesome and I knew exactly when Nate was going to swing by to verify site conditions, when the utility marking was going to take place, and when the fence was being installed.
I wasn’t home when they fence was installed, but my son said your guys that came and did the work were awesome too. Paying was easy and the terms were simple: 50% up front, 40% at substantial completion, and the last 10% when we did an inspection/walk through and I was satisfied with the work. It couldn't have be more fair.
Anyone can put up a fence, but Austin Brothers knows how to make it a great, painless experience.
