I have been a client of Mechanical Air Design for over 30 years. They also took care of my father's home too,
As I have lived in my present home for 30 years now they have kept the AC/Heat equipment in running order. Sadly old age catches up with the AC and after 30 years it needed to be replaced.

Mechanical Air Design promptly scheduled a replacement day and they arrived promptly and despite the cramped access to the equipment they removed it and installed the new furnace and outside air compressor/condenser in record time. A thorough "post install" evaluation was conducted and the new equipment came on line all in the one day the work was scheduled to take place.

The workers were great, the time frame was wonderful and the price was perfect. My home now has the latest state of the art heating and AC- (AC, that I might add, is using the newest refrigerant that has phased out the older mixtures).

I trust Mechanical Air Design to install and maintain my home's equipment. I recommend them 100 percent!

The A/C went out Monday night. Robert - the service tech - was at my house Tuesday morning to evaluate the problem and offered multiple options to attempt a repair of my 20 year old unit. When I decided to replace it, Chris & Dave were able to get the necessary materials despite the industry-wide shortages. Install was Thursday morning because I wasn't available for a Wednesday install. The install techs were punctual, efficient and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

My family and I have used Mechanical Air for a long time and I highly recommend them.

I recently called to have my annual check up on my air conditioner. They were able to come the next day. A young man named Logan was the technician who checked my unit. I have watched, from a distance, for years. I kind of know what the process looks like. Logan was very professional, he took time to explain what and why he was doing certain things. I could not be more satisfied with the communication, service and the professionalism of this company!
